My mother lived here for over three years--it is a very, very nice facility--bright, clean, quiet, and such a comfortable feeling! Megan and Peggy have been so helpful and accommodating, as well as all staff--always kind and interactive with residents. I personally will miss the wonderful, friendly residents!

Was inquiring about moving a loved one to this facility, was contacted by phone with rude comments. Would never trust this company with a loved one. Edited to add: I have received 3 additional calls from my this facility after my initial contact. With each call I informed the caller to remove me from their call list. They are relentless. If you really record calls for review, please check the recording from Sunday 1-4-2026 at approximately 3:06 pm. If you hat someone and want them tormented this facility may be your place!

Been working w Peggy/Meagan. Will be moving my mom in soon. These ladies have kindly answered all our questions and have been so understanding w our last sec decision! Cynthia at the front desk is a sweet beautiful soul on phone & in person. Looking forward to working with Peggy & Meagan while getting mom moved and settled in. I’m so beyond excitement for mom to be in her new home and making new friends.

As a private vendor who works professionally as a magician (The Amazing Raphael), I was hired to perform walk-around magic during a party. The facility was well maintained, and the residents and their visiting family members seemed extremely happy. I was treated very well by the staff and organizers. I absolutely loved working with them!

My mother lived here. She loved it. The staff are very friendly and the community of people have different activities such as Bingo, cornhole, crafts, coffee shop, and dining room and a bus that will take the residents to outings.

Brookdale Eden Estates is the nicest facility for the price in the DFW area. The staff is amazing and truly cares about the community. The residents are engaged and happy to be there; they’re always in the game room or chatting in the halls or courtyard. The employees host several events throughout the year where residents can get their families involved, such as a summer cookout and Mother’s Day brunch. My dad has lived here for 10 years, and while it’s a bit of a drive from our house, we feel comfortable that he’s in good care.

I had the opportunity to visit Eden Estates and was very impressed. The community is very nice. The staff I met were super friendly and warm. I cannot say enough about Megan! What a great leader! She is so friendly and sincere! Love her!

Came to visit my sweet friend who just moved in here. The grounds are nice . There is library and also a coffee shop (help yourself to beverages) games are being played in common areas and also a nice sitting area to visit in the front. Dining room on the 2nd floor looked awesome too

My mother lived her nearly 2 years, and it was a wonderful stay. Peggy helped me find the perfect apartment for my mother, and assisted me in so many different ways. She made the transition very smooth. Jason did an excellent job of monitoring my mother's health and keeping me informed about any issues. All the staff were wonderful. There are many scheduled events, and there is one special event per month, such as the 1920s dance, car show with ice cream, luau, etc. I saw people complained about the food, but I did not see any issues.

I want to commend Sylvia for her positive behavior and honesty. She cleans my mom's unit and while my mom was away at rehab, Slyvia found a large sum of cash loose in her unit and reported it so that it could be put away safely. My mom and I sincerely appreciate her efforts and honesty. Way to go, Sylvia!

Several staff deserve mention... Jennifer is a very talented, creative person. She always has a good activity program going on and is always pleasant and fun to be around. Alemenia is kind and pleasant housekeeper - polite and neat.. Always has a smile -- she knows everything about housekeeping and does a thorough job without having to be told what to do.. She is continually working, whether in a room or the hallway. Q comes in and knows what to do in dressing and general caregiving to my father-in-law. Very attentive to his needs.. John treats my father-in-law like a king when transporting him. Ensures his comfort and safety when traveling. Gets out of the car and helps him to the door and is waiting for him at the door whenever his church service is over. Finally, Omar is a great administrator and organizer. He has made many positive changes since he has been here. He Is cordial and friendly, which means a lot to my father-in-law.
