I don't usually do reviews but seeing the others, I felt it necessary. You will always have some people who have unattainable expectations. My loved one absolutely loves it, the staff really make the residents feel special. They are attentive and it gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. They work together as a team to ensure you're getting quality care. Great communication with several managers. Too many great people to mention them all but one who stands out at this time is Towanda. She has blown our family away with her kindness and patience. She goes above and beyond each and every day! While I could nag for minor instances overall I would recommend this place over any others

I rarely write reviews but must comment on Brookdale. We have had a family member at Brookdale since June 2021. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Brookdale. Our family member has done very well there and the staff has been terrific. They are attentive and friendly and they try to meet all of the clients needs. The activity director keeps everyone involved and busy and is very personable with everyone. We would love to keep our family member there but now he requires more than assisted care can offer. Very thankful for the kindness that has been shown to our whole family.

I visit my Mother in Love several times a week. She is in Clara Bridge memory care. The staff never knows what day or what time I will come by. I have never seen anything that I didn't like. Everyone is great to the residents and great to the visitors. All staff are friendly, helpful, & pleasant to all the residents. I think do a terrific job. They have a huge responsibility. I could not handle what they have to handle everyday. Thank you all at Brookdale for being you.

My father is doing great with this community. He is active with playing the piano when they have activities. He enjoys Bingo. We are so happy to see a community that is more like a home atmosphere and not a hospital facility for him to call home. We toured another community, but this environment helped us make the decision for him to move this community. Dad is seeming to like the meals. We would highly recommend this for other families and there loved ones for great care and value.

The staff is professional and well trained. Always pleasant and helpful. The number of residents in memory care is small which prevented Daddy from feeling overwhelmed. I visited several places and my sister and brothers agree the right place for him is Brookdale!
