My MIL has been at Fox Hollow for only a few months but I am so happy with the staff and the environment they have provided. Every time I pop in to visit she is doing an activity or engaged with either a staff member or resident. It is very warm and welcoming and I genuinely appreciate the staff in everything they do.

My 90-year-old mother lived at Fox Hollow for only one month due to rapidly declining health. I was present at least 8 hours every day and towards the end much more than that. Having seen so many of the staff working not just with my Mom but with other residents (public spaces only), I feel confident in saying that the team at Fox Hollow are fantastic. The compassion and care they have shown from start to end have far exceeded expectations. I can compare this to the time my Mom spent in a rehab facility immediately before coming to FH and it was night and day. The FH staff were so warm, welcoming and attentive to my Mom’s needs. It was clear from the start that FH had oversight over my Mom and her best care and interest in mind. Staff were transparent with communicating challenges that my Mom faced and I felt we could work as a team to improve things for my Mom. By contrast, the staff at the previous rehab facility delivered their jobs, but no one seemed to have the energy or interest in the wider picture or in keeping me informed about the care my Mom was receiving. I also frequently tried the food at Fox Hollow. While it may not always looked pretty on the plate, I can say from experience that the vast majority of meals were delicious and the variety seemed endless. Most of the entrees I only had the opportunity to taste once. (If only my culinary repertoire were so extensive with my family!). I would have zero reservations about recommending Fox Hollow to anyone. The senior managers and staff are Carers with a capital ‘C’ - with emphasis on Care, Compassion, and Kindness. I will always be grateful for their support and will remember the names and faces of those who made such a great difference in the final weeks of my Mom’s life.

My husband is a resident of Fox Hollow in the memory care unit. I am very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff and the high level of care that he receives. The Fox Hollow team make sure that there are plenty of activities to engage the residents. And from what I saw on my visits to the community (with appropriate precautions against COVID) it is obvious that all of the care team really do care about the residents. It was a very hard decision to move my husband into Fox Hollow, but I feel very comfortable that this is the best and safest place for him to be right now. He tells me that the food is good, and he seems much happier than he was before the move.

My parents lived at Fox Hollow for only a couple of months and just loved it. The food was great, they participated in the activities and loved the staff. It was a great place for a transition from home to senior living!!

My 94 year old mother has lived at Fox Hollow for the past 2 years and I spend 3 or 4 days a week with her. I have come to know every staff member and resident in the assisted living quarters of Fox Hollow. I witness how the residents are treated with great care and respect, the wonderful activities available to them, the reliable transportation provided to them, and the delicious choice of meals served to them in the dining room. There is no reason to believe any negative comments printed in reviews for Fox Hollow. So many staff members have been there for years, and new staff has been hired. The halls are filled with the aides in green shirts all bustling about caring for the needs of our loved ones. The med techs make sure everyone gets their meds on time. If residents are not in their rooms when meds are administered, the med techs will find them. The dining room seating assignments are cautiously planned by the staff. Because I know these residents, their personalities and interests, I can honestly say that the pairings could not be better matched. The wait staff assigned to my mothers table know what she enjoys, especially when she wants something from the alternate menu. At 94 she still has good mental and physical capabilities - and a cell phone. If anything displeases her, she will definitely let me know about it. Very seldom has she had any complaints. If so, the staff rectifies it immediately. The small population of the community lends itself to a close knit, family oriented environment. I urge anyone in need of assisted living for a loved one to take a tour, spend time talking with visiting family members of the residents, watch the activities in session while you are there, and enjoy a splendid meal in the dining room. I am confident you will be very pleased.

My Father has been living at Fox Hollow for over three years. The entire staff has taken good care of him. He has said to me it was a great decision to come to Fox Hollow. I know my Dad is safe and happy living at Fox Hollow. I highly recommend anyone having their family member live here. the director and her staff keep you well informed and help you anytime you need them.

Im in my third week at Fox Hollow, for the most part the staff are caring and compassionate, the food is nutritious, the kitchen doesnt hit a home run every meal however there are alternative items you can get if what ever is on the menu isnt something youd like. The facility director, Nadia is easily approachable and will do her best to rectify your concerns, Robin the marketing director is extremely helpful, Robin to is available to hear your concerns... Overall Id give Fox Hollow a 4.75 out of 5 for a place to live during your senior years, no facility of this type are perfect but at least here they try and make your stay as pleasant as possible...

Fox Hollow has provided for my mother in laws day to day care and provides peace of mind to us.Her physicians provide the health services and Fox Hollow has maintained her level of stability. Her medications are administered in a professional manner. She still has her old friends and has made new ones. Any new health situations are evaluated and administered by the caring Fox Hollow staff. Fox Hollow provides a great service for maintaining my mother in laws quality of life.

I cannot say enough good things about Fox Hollow Senior Living – particularly their Bridge to Rediscovery program for residents with Dementia and Alzheimers. The place is beautiful and comfortable, the food is excellent, but what really makes this place truly special is the people. Fox Hollow has such loving and caring people. Their work is not easy yet most do it with great compassion and true dedication. They go the extra mile not only to care for your loved one, but teach and reassure the family as well. Top notch!

This is a wonderful community! My sister has been a resident there for over three years & she has been so happy there. My sister lived in other communities & hands down Fox Hollow is where she truly calls home. The staff is friendly, caring & reliable. They believe in putting people First & take an active part in getting to know what the resident & family members like & need. I would recommend Fox Hollow to anyone & encourage them to call Robin & take a tour!

My family made a great decision in moving Mom to Fox Hollow. She is very happy there, is safe and well taken care of. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and helpful and you can tell that they truly love having Mom there. There are many activities in which she can participate. The staff makes sure she is aware of these activities and comes to invite her to participate when they take place. As with any major move, some concerns arise ......who is responsible for this, when does this get done, this is what her care plan calls for......when these concerns were addressed with the director andor staff members, everything was handled and taken care of in a very professional manner. They are always open to family members and friends to come visit and want to know of any concerns. I would highly recommend Fox Hollow for those that are in need of an assisted living facility.
