We had a truly wonderful experience with Quail Haven Village and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care my dad received there. Cindy Robinson, the Director of Social Work, was absolutely amazing. She was always responsive to my calls, provided regular updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Her compassion and professionalism made a difficult time so much easier to navigate. The entire nursing staff was caring, attentive, and professional. It was clear that my dad was genuinely well cared for, and that meant everything to our family. The facility itself was always clean and well-maintained, which added to our peace of mind. Cindy went above and beyond by helping me find resources for my dad’s next living arrangement and ensuring a smooth transition so he could continue his physical therapy without interruption. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness, dedication, and support we received. I would highly recommend Quail Haven to anyone in need of quality care for a loved one!

Quail Haven was a blessing for the entire several years my mother was there. The Staff is very caring and friendly. They weren't only very good and attentive to my mother, but they showed the same respect to me, as well.

Quail Haven has cared for my mom for eight years. Currently Mom’s closest caregivers on the team there include compassionate CNA’s, med techs, and an excellent registered nurse, Kim Kimrey RN, who has done a superb job of organizing, advocating, and promoting residents and staff to maximize their comfort and safety. Kim is very responsive to questions and a good communicator. She is watchful over operations and finds ways to help them run efficiently without sacrificing safety. She contracted with a team of medical providers to improve overall health of the ALF and independent living. Kim improved the pharmacy communications and stays on top of medication supplies and safe use. She has many years of hands on clinical care experience as well as effective management skills of care teams. Her leadership is received well by other staff. She graciously interacts with the residents as though they could be her family, making sure their days are engaging and enjoyable. She’s the full package of what you’d want in a nurse administrator. We are so fortunate to have Kim at the helm of nursing care in her departments at Quail Haven Retirement Home. Mom is happy to be at Quail Haven in Pinehurst, NC.

Mom and dad have been totally pleased with all levels of care at Quail Haven. They have experienced Independent Living, Rehab at the Inn, and Assisted Living. Mom has really responded well to the individual attention she receives at AL. Prior to this at another local facility she was not eating and pretty much bed bound. Kim is a fantastic supervisor for the licensed staff, and knows our parents well. I have no complaints and would place them there again without hesitation.

For the past few months, I have had the pleasure of being at Quail Haven Village for Physical Therapy. My experience here has been amazing. Everyone has been so very positive and good to me. I am going to be discharged and is with remorse because part of me still wants to be here because of the surroundings that I’ve received. If I had to do it all over again I would use Quail Haven to come back to for more health care. I have really enjoyed my stay here

I have worked in numerous facilities in Moore County, but when my sister had to go to therapy, I had my picks. We chose 1 facility but things quickly went left and we decided to go with Quail Haven and we couldn't be happier. Her care was impeccable. Her therapy went well and she speaks highly of the staff. We'd recommend this facility to anyone we know.

Very happy with the care and treatment my mother received while staying there. The admissions woman was excellent. She answered all my questions and helped in the transfer from St. Josephs. The nurses and CNAs were all very nice and caring.The discharge womam was also very good and helped with setting up everything we could have needed when we got home.

Our father was taken care of at Quail Haven Rehabilitation unit for 6 weeks. He recieved excellent care and we were kept informed at all times.The Staff was wonderful to him and his family. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone there is professional but also very friendly. The care that my husband received was incredibly. The Physical Therapist pushed him but also very compassionate. The nurses and aids were all very attentive and helped with his meals and everything. Husband said the meals were all good. His only complaint was the portions weren’t big enough for a person his size but he also realizes most people don’t eat that much. They also keep that place very very clean. I am so glad I chose Quail Haven for my husband’s rehab.

This is truly an excellent facility. We are trying to find a place for my father in law to stay long term, and while Quail Haven is not a good fit for him unfortunately, it is a very clean environment for your loved ones. Shakera was wonderful when she gave my husband and I a tour and answered all of our questions. You read about horror stories about retirement homes, and this honestly is not that.

Hello fellow I will like to recommend quail heaven as the best place where you can leave your loves ones every one the staff was so loving and caring for my sister Nora Padilla me and our family don't have words to say with the beautiful Job they did for the care of my sister Nora Padilla sadly I have to say my sister Nora passed away yesterday 10/25/22 at 4:48 pm this is very painful we wasn't prepared for this moment but we know my beloved sister is no in the memory of God ™’– and her suffering is no longer a burden to her.. thank you again Miranda Amy 'cindy;and all the staff who everything to make the last moment of my sister Nora Happy and as most comfortable possible..

I was nervous about my wife going to a rehab unit. You hear horror stories. But the nurse at the hospital stated that QH was top rated. Boy was she right! My wife was treated with friendly, cheerful care all the time and the rehab part of her stay was exemplary. She progressed quickly and when the time came for her to go home, I was confident that she was ready. Transition to home care (me) has been fine. I owe that to the rehab she received at QH. As for the personal care, I loved the group of ladies that attended her. I didn't feel anyone short changed her. And, they were patient with me when I bugged them. I know coding me in and out was a headache but no complaints. I do have to single out Angela. She was her day nurse most of the time and a friendlier, caring person does not exist. Thanks to the high standards that QH hold too. I'm certainly going to consider them when the time comes for my wife and I to step up to assisted living or more. George Griffin

Visiter check-in is very complete, almost a hassel but with their caretaker responsibilities it's impressive. Very quiet as expected. Staff was polite and helpful during our 30-45 min visit. Appearance was clean & neat. Check out also also security conscious. Impressive facility.
