I don't understand those other posts (not true) I have been a resident for years and have gotten my meds dispersed correctly and on a timely basis, the E.D., Nurse and Staff have been helpful if I have any questions or need anything, I would refer my friends and family here without question, I invite anyone looking for an Assisted Living place to come check it out, atmosphere here is Fantastic.

I've seen the Ed steps up and help with meal service and stay late and help get a room ready for a new resident to move in. Everyone chips in and helps where needed. The care staff at GL-OS are friendly, attentive, and compassionate. GL-OS offers daily activities that involve crafts, movies and community outings for the residents. They have a beautiful/clean facility with a home like atmosphere, numerous court yards where residents who enjoy gardening have the opportunity get out enjoy some fresh air and watch there plants grow. My husband and I just love it here we feel like all of our needs are met with Medicine dispensing and Housekeeping & Laundry plus Fabulous food entree's, lots of Activities for your enjoyment , Arts & Crafts, finger nail painting, they have a service that comes in to do cutting of your toe nails, outings to Walmart or Ice Cream Parlor in Summer, Pizza or sometimes a special event such as Lake Quinault by special request. We have resident Bald Headed Eagles, a family of Deer are fun to hand feed or just observe, the View of North Bay with the Whales that come in, we like to see them nurse their young, we feel Very Fortunate to call this Beautiful place our home, come take a look, it will Not Disappoint.

My sister has been a resident at Green Lake Ocean Shores for the past seven months. I live in New York, but thankfully, her daughter, my niece, lives minutes away and spends several hours a day with her. I get to talk to my sister every single afternoon, and not a day goes by when she does not praise the staff and expresses her gratitude for the attentive care she receives throughout her day. She describes the staff as caring, compassionate, thoughtful and cheerful! She feels blessed to be living in a place that feels like home, where people give her lots of personal attention and all the support she needs. I hear the sincerity of her comments in her voice, and it gives me reassurance and peace. She also tells me how much she loves going outside to see the bay! What an amazing gift! Bingo is her favorite activity, and she looks forward to getting prizes when she wins! My niece feels blessed to have this invaluable support from everyone there, as the rest of the family lives far away, and therefore, the responsibility for her mom rests solely on her. We all feel that Green Lake Ocean Shores and its staff have been our Godsend at this time in both my sister’s life and ours.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thank you and gratitude to the entire staff at Greenlake Ocean Shores for their amazing care and kindness. My mother has been a resident there since June 2024, and she absolutely loves it. There are so many activities for the residents; bingo, knitting and crochet, arts and crafts, computer games, shows (music concerts, pirate shows, hula hoops, dances, movies) and countless interative activies to keep the residents involved, just to name a few. The facility is very clean and beautiful. The staff is incredibly accommodating and ready to assist with compassion. I could not do this without them! The holidays were lovely in the facility, beautifully decorated, parties and dinners for the residents and their families; every resident received huge bags of personalized gifts, goodies and practical necessities. The food is great with lots of variety and the staff is so helpful with special food needs. This place is amazing and I cannot understand any negative reviews. I am there on a daily basis visiting with my mother so I see this, and she is thriving and very happy. Thank you all at Greenlake Ocean Shores, Happy New Year and God Bless You!!

Rebecca, Marilee, Debra, Judy and the whole entire gang are absolutely wonderful! They are patient, caring, kind, and trustworthy people. This is a wonderful place for your parents. It's quiet, the staff have been working here for years so the staff turn over rate is low which means less anxiety for your parents. They really care about the elderly. The facility is clean, they have good food and outings. Also they are right on the water with beautiful water and Mount Rainier views! I feel so incredibly blessed to have found this place for my dad. I can't praise them enough!
