Can't say enough good things about The Havens!! Our mother was a resident there for over 4 years. She formed a whole new extended family that loved and cared for her and she loved them!! Exceptional staff and a warm, welcoming facility!

I chose the Havens at Princeton for my ailing father. We chose a studio apartment for it's open space and large windows.The staff was exceptionally nice and easily accommodated my father. He enjoyed interacting with all of his care team members. The transportation service for a nominal fee was a bonus! My only criticism is that I felt his meals should have been more "Cheffed-Up" and the cable television service could have been improved.

Giving a shout out to the management and staff at The Havens in Princeton, WV. They have been doing an amazing job protecting the residents and staff from exposure to COVID-19. Heres a photo of my 90-year-old father taken a few weeks ago during a supervised contact free short visit that Cathy and I had with dad. Due to his hearing impairment (and his misplacing both of his hearing aids) conversation was limited but it was great seeing him. Thanks to the wonderful team for their kindness and compassion for the elderly residents under their care.
