We have recently placed our mother at Our House. The staff has been very supportive and pleasant. The facility is very attractive and well maintained. We are looking forward to this being a positive experience for our mom.

I was looking for a place for my Mom, and toured OH. It was the first place I had been that didn't smell like a medical facility. Mom's insurance did not cover a CBRF, so I had to move on. Fast forward a few years, and I started working there as a cook. I fell in love with each and every one of our residents, and based on what I saw, and talking with other team members, they did too! Activities are well thought out, and most residents will find something that they will enjoy. I no longer work there, but I have visited, and staff is still so kind and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Our House to anyone!

The staff is wonderful with the residents!!!! The residents are really taken care of. The place is really clean and the rooms are large with bathrooms. I love visiting here because the staff are very friendly and nice. They treat the residents like family instead of just another check. I have been employed here for 3 years, and nothing but great experiences. Tammy, the executive director, treats the staff and residents like they are her own family! Our House Senior Living is a very cozy place and does not have the environment of a nursing home. Our activity director does regular outings and fun activities everyday with our residents and goes above and beyond. Nothing but positive things to say about Our House!

The last 15 years of my life Ive worked in the healthcare field from hospice to caregiver to other things and when I came into this building it was very positive very uplifting people were playing Uno people are laughing smiling listening to music dancing so as a review for this place Id say its a very uplifting positive good atmosphere for an cprf or an RC AC so I give it a good good rating I would definitely take a family member to this place because I know they would be very well cared for

My mother is not on Facebook but wanted me to share about her experience visiting Our House on 16th Street today while she visited a relative. Today I went to Our House and met up with my cousins to see my Auntie. I have to tell you was I was excited when I heard she was there due to other family members being happy about their experiences with them. That feeling was bolstered the moment we walked through the door and inside the building. Amy S. who checked us in was the sweetest and nicest! I felt instant warmth due to the home being extremely inviting. It was warm, open and the sound of beautiful music played in the background. And the smell!! It literally smelled like Thanksgiving dinner to which one of the extremely friendly caregivers affirmed they were serving a turkey dinner today. My Aunt Viv was so comfortable and peaceful in her room. We had a wonderful visit and I cant wait to go back. Bravo to the staff who takes care of the residents and cleans the area. Whomever is in charge is doing it right. Thanks for all you do.

Our House took good care of my mother 15 years ago and now my 95 year old mother-in-law is receiving care. She has said good things about her caregivers and likes the food also. They have attended to her medical needs promptly. We live 1,000 mi. away and because of Covid we are unable to visit but feel confident she is getting the attention she needs.

My sister-in-law resided at Our House for over a year and a half before her death. She was diagnosed with dementia. Besides her behavior, we had outside family interference in her care planning. Our House staff were always very helpful, cooperative, and effective in her care. I would highly recommend this facility.

Our Mom has been at Our House Assisted Living since March, 2019 and is very happy and content there. The staff is friendly and helpful and make her feel safe and secure. That is very important to our family, especially during the Covid epidemic. We have no problem reaching staff or management with any questions, etc. We would recommend this facility and have done so in the past to others.

This Assisted Senior care facility has been amazing. When you walk in the door you get a feeling of being home. From the moment we met Tammy we felt that she was honest and open about the facility. She didn’t hide things or give false promises. The staff were all very caring. They took the time to get to know our mother and her specific needs and were open to suggestions on how certain situations may be handled. Communication between staff is shown as they would know what was going on during their shift. Tammy leads her staff well. The facility is clean, updates with decor were recently made. We are familiar with other facilities that provide senior care in the area but none compare to Our House’s safe and comfortable care of their residents.
