I really enjoy Working at Our House Senior Living MC in Wisconsin Rapids.. I love working with all the ladies that I work here with, I feel we are a very strong team and we work really well together to make sure that our residents are very well taken care of. Our management Pam and Shawna are absolutely amazing, I have worked in health care for 17 years and I have never seen a director or assistant director that are willing to jump out on the floor and help their staff as much as these two ladies do and in health care I feel that is something that we need more of!! I enjoy getting up every day and coming here to work.. I love the family atmosphere and the cozy feeling that Our House has!! I would definitely recommend anyone to live here or work here!! Our House is not just my job but my second family and I’m blessed to be a part of this facility!!

Working at Our House Memory Care has been a pleasure. Management is Awesome, All my Coworkers are Awesome it is a pleasure to get up and go to work and have a happy Environment. The staff here is amazing! Every single one of them! The Director and Asst Director actively partake in the care and activities. The activity director Shirley is fantastic. The caregivers are so loving to the patients. They are treated like family, not just patients. Visitors are greeted with a smile and welcomed as family. Our mother has been in several homes due to the level of care needed. The entire Yonkovich family can not say enough good about “Our House Memory Care facility”. Thank you to the entire staff.

Our House Senior living is a very nice place to work. The staff are very good with the residents. The boss Pam Pavek is a very good boss very well with staff and residents needs.
