I have found purpose and joy working at The Waterford of Plymouth and I am honored and blessed to be part of their team. I strongly beleive in their mission and vision, and have witnessed first hand all the efforts the new admisnitration and management have been taking to improve processes, raise the standards of the care provided to the residents and renivate the infrastructure. Our residents are treated like family and they consider this place their home. The care we provide to our residents is personalized based on each of their individual needs, and we pride on providing a good mix of physical, spiritual, and social activities to ensure our residents stay both, mentally and physically healthy. Our dinning depertment works continously to provide homemade, whole hearty meals and our caregivers provide compassionate and loving care in a dependable and trustworthy way. Waterford is a great facility! The staff provides a feeling of being a family and listens to the residents and their families. The meals are excellent and well planned. The whole facility is clean and well maintained. The residents are so close knit. They are caring of each other and that is because the staff and management take great care of the residents.

Ive worked in the senior living industry for over 5 years now and Ive never met so many wonderful care givers and all around staff as I have here at The Waterford. Our residents are happy, safe and very well cared for here. I would absolutely recommend this community for assisted living-memory care.

The Waterford at Plymouth has been my employer for the past 3.5 years. The care that is given by our caregivers is phenomenal! Our activities staff do everything they do to keep our resident active so they can continue living as independent as they can. Our dietary department makes the residents feel comfortable if they are requesting a different menu item and always deliver with a smile. I am so lucky to be a part of this team. I recently moved a loved one into the facility where he was happy and really loved to be able to call it home.

I have been working in nursing homes and assisted living communities over 27 years and The Waterford at Plymouth is the BEST! Our buildings are beautiful and well maintained, our food is homemade and delicious and our team provides the best loving care for our residents! Its a pleasure to come to work each and every day.

We moved mom to The Waterford at Plymouth 2 1/2 months ago. After the initial settling in phase, I began to see her mood and outlook improve daily. She is back to being my mom again! She has a very positive outlook on life and I attribute that to the daily devotions. She is remembering to be grateful for all Of her many blessings. The staff is kind and helpful and accommodating! The facilities are beautiful and well cared for!

My mother-in-law is here and they are keeping her active with daily activities. They take good care of here and it is one on one care. The caregiver that works M-F understands her dementia. I love the freedom of picking her up to stay with us every other weekend. It is only 5 minutes away from us. We have decorated her apartment and she enjoys that. I can pick her up to do her hair and nails. The food is pretty darn good and ther dining area is nice and lots of room. They have a nice patio out back and the front porch has rockers to sit in. I would recommend this community.
