As a current worker I enjoy the job for the most part. The staff are good people as is the clientele. My only issues are: 1. We are short on staff and could use a few more to be able to provide all our services as they should be provided. This shortage makes it difficult to be as helpful to the clients as I would like. 2: Probably due to aforesaid shortage, we are not living up to the Company "Mission Statement", parts of the "Value Statement", and parts of the "Belief Statement". At the moment Paragon runs as more of a daycare rather than a place committed to improving the lives of the clientele. This really needs to change.

This is a day service for disabled adults and after school service for disabled children. They interact with their participants and take them out into the community on a daily basis.
