The cornerstones of OC assisted living is where our mother/grandmother had chosen to live out her elder years of life. The facility is clean and up dated in most areas. This has been our families third experience with an assisted living facility. Cornerstones has been the best we have dealt with. We have personally seen how the staff cares for the residents living there. We also have witnessed first hand the things they have done for our family member (and others) in helping her to be cheerful, safe, and assisting in health matters that are called upon. Or even simple things like helping getting the tv on the right channel. It's a smaller facility, and I personally think that's huge, and it lets the staff be flexible in all their graciousness. I feel the management at this facility is a great example and carries down to all the staff at cornerstones. Robin in particular is outstanding to work with. We recommend this facility for your loved one.

My mother lived at Cornerstone of Oak Creek for over 2 years and recently moved to be closer to me. The apartments were a great size for her and included a washer/dryer and stove/oven (this can be turned off) in the unit. Having amenities like this helped my mom still feel independent while having access to assistance as needed. Just recently, they started serving breakfast, lunch, and supper. A variety of activities are offered on a regular basis to engage the residents. The staff has always been kind and super helpful. Taylor, the director, went out of her way often to help provide guidance and information when I wasn't sure where to turn to. Thank you to all at the Cornerstone of Oak Creek.

Cornerstone of Oak Creek is very clean, very nice facility. The food is wonderful. They now offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would definitely put my loved one here to be cared for. The resident assistants are thoughtful, caring, like to have fun with the residents. Definitely give this facility 5 stars!

I am a resident and been here 1yr this past August. I still feel like I’m in the wrong place because it’s just to fancy. The first when you walk in you see the dining area and a fireplace. I met the administrator Taylor and she made me feel very welcomed and still does and we give hugs everytime we meet. You feel very safe and only caregivers and housekeeping really make you feel your home.The meals are always great and made from scratch. You have an arts&craft room where I learned from a fellow resident paint by diamonds and got hooked but we also became friends.it’s easy to do with others.we all say hello to everyone.We are a family.. only downfall is Covid who took away our activities but the staff is working hard to get it going once again. If this where you want to live or a loved one I would never say no I would say welcome home your going to love it here just like I do

Warm and friendly staff. The building is clean and inviting. The resident assistants are caring and responsive. Good food with adequate portions usually consisting of homemade soup, salads, main entrée and dessert. There is a monthly theme with games, activities and occasional live entertainment. Very nice place.

I am a family member of the Cornerstone. In fact I have three family members living at the Cornerstone. The staff is very patent, caring and attentive. There has been many life challenges that my family faced and each time the Cornerstone went well and above the call of duty! This facility is clean and very well kept. The holistic approach that is used at the cornerstone is implemented through care and activities. The cornerstone is well worth your time in checking out!
