I worked for heritage a little over a year I was a supervisor. I have nothing bad to say about the deer creek community! Tammy and Melissa are both awesome! I honestly don't even know where to start...if you love your family member DO NOT put them here! Every time I come to work there is a huge mess left behind from the previous shift. Residents are left sitting in their own waste for several HOURS! It's so bad that the hallway's smell like urine all the time. Staff turnover is HIGH and most staff here do not care for the well being of these poor residents; they are only there for a check

Heritage is a great facility , that truly cares about residents and staff! I have visited residents on a regular basis and clients are always clean and happy. Last year was a rough year with Covid but staff really stepped up and made a difference when families could not be there. Current leadership in the facility are working hard to make some really positive changes and I couldnt be happier to continue visiting and see these positive changes. I have worked here for the last 8 months. I have enjoyed getting to know the residents and their familys. I have enjoyed working with the ED and AD as well as the nursing staff. Its been nice seeing the dining room open, and seeing the dining room staff interact with the residents. Seeing activities open up has has been a blessing to the residents. Heritage At Deer Creek has so many wonderful families and residents! I really appreciate the participation of our families in making our community really feel like home, and when I come to Heritage At Deer Creek, it feels like I'm spending time with my family. I really enjoyed our recent fundraiser in which over 200 family, friends, children and pets, as well as professionals, came together to have fun, eat good food, listen to a funny musician, and most importantly, raise money to help end Alzheimer's. There is truly no place else I'd rather be!
