We love living at Parkwood Highlands! The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly and the apartment is quiet. Building’s and grounds are beautifully maintained and there is always a fun activity to enjoy with neighbors.

Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner and with an exceptional degree of efficiency.

On August 15; my husband, Stan, collapsed in the garage as we were returning from grocery shopping. I panicked and ran to the office for help. Our director, Melissa, contacted the paramedics, calmed me down, stood at Stan’s side and comforted him while we waited for the ambulance. She turned off the car and parked it properly in its slot. While we rode to the hospital, Melissa saw to it that our groceries were taken to our apartment and put away. Stan spent three days in the hospital, and was warmly welcomed home by Melissa and Carol and the staff. Thank you, our friends!
