Edenbrook Lakeside owes me nothing. At every level, the care and service provided was top tier. If I ever needed to be admitted to a medical rehabilitation facility again, I would select Edenbrook Lakeside every time. The only thing that I would add is that they keep doing what they are doing - being excellent!

Single rooms, TV in every room. Staff is terrific. You can call for staff anytime 24 hours a day. And the food; breakfast, lunch and dinner are great everyday.

I recently was discharged from here, I was able to move to assisted living. Edenbrook was there for me,during the biggest struggle of my life. I had four surgeries on my knees and was greatly cared for by the people there. After a year and a half I'm able to walk again.

I’ve had a good experience here. The first day is always scary wherever you go, but once I got past that the people here really are amazing they work hard to do what you need done help you heal and really rehabilitate. I myself I’m getting ready to go home. And I can say I’m going to miss a lot of people here both workers and residents. I can’t think everyone enough for helping me get as far as I have.

I'm not sure about much else about this place, all I know is I have a friend of a family member that resides here, as they are in a wheelchair without legs, and have been there for at least a couple of years and throughout that time, this poor man has had many items stolen from his room, as the doors I guess don't lock her safety reasons of course, if something were to happen, and he wrote To Me assistance, and as far as the facility, it's a nice place, just certain employees at certain times, make it bad for the residents experience. Now this happens unfortunately at many different places throughout the world, and it's just ridiculous how somebody that works there could do that to a resident, these are disabled or elderly people, and to steal from them, is ridiculous. To steal their sentimental items that may be worth value or just there items in general, a coffee maker, who knows, also cash, like that's just ridiculous. So I hope that someone who works here sees this comment and can seriously talk to all employees there about theft!! That is just completely unacceptable. Thank you and, I'm giving a two-star rating, not a one star because like I said, not the facility itself, just certain staff members that need to keep their hands off residents belongings

Thank you to the Team at EdenBrook Lakeside, my Mom was in need of rehabilitation and Edenbrook was suggested by a local Hospital. She was greeted by the staff upon arrival and was set up with a care plan that set her in a fast pace of recovery! She is now home with her family and we can’t thank Edenbrook enough for the collaboration and help through this difficult time. I would highly recommend a Edenbrook Lakeside!

I credit my recovery to the people like Sue the social worker. Gabriel the CNA . Nikki Omborn the nurse. All the staff is amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone. I've have had a great recovery.

My grandfather went through rehabilitation at Edenbrook Lake Side, he recovered faster then the physicians had thought as well as the staff and community were so supportive and wonderful to work for with. Working for Edenbrook has been a breath of fresh air I was torn between leaving last job and coming here but just watching how the management team has changed things around and worked together in all departments to change the demographics of the facility is amazing. Also love talking with the residents and creating relationships with the families as well .

Our Dad, Edward, was at Edenbrook Lakeside in the last days of his life. Th© medical and assistance teams on the first floor, where our Dad's room was, were exceptionnel. They went out of their way to make our Dad comfortable. They were very active listeners not only with him, but with us as well. They made our Dad feel respected and sp©cial. They accompagnied us, his family, with compassion, understanding, and respect. We will forever b© grateful. Thank you ™ from Ed and from his family.

I'm at Eden brook been here for a year truly a humbling exp.. As went through the worst year of my life, the staff here has an. Understanding. Nursing homes get a bad wrap I don't see anything wrong with the way staff addresses people issues that can't do it themselves. As with a facility that takes care of so many people it's hard to please everyone. The mgmt. Here when made aware of a problem solve the issues as they see you fit. The pt people are best as they come I totally trust there ability. In short 5 stars.

My grandfather has been living at this facility on hospice care and during covid-19. I am so glad he has the team there taking good care of him. He always says he likes the staff and is happy there. He had a couple of falls but the nurses took immediate action and called me to let me know. They even made some changes, so that falls dont happen anymore. I was hesitant to move him to Edenbrook based on other reviews but I am certainly glad I did! I know he is in good hands.

My father rehab’d there after a quin-bypass. The entire staff was attentive to my fathers needs. They took the time to learn his name. Staff knew he was there to rehab and go home so they immediately had him doing stuff on his own. PT OT and speech therapy all worked together in a common cause. The business staff helped getting everything he needed - like transportation to dialysis - this meant I had feeer decisions to make I was there everyday after work and could see how much the cared about patients they helped. Also, the new owners had contractors on making repairs and updating floors as promised. Great location as well.,. Thanks Edenbrook- job well done

I picked up a friend and they said this place really helped a lot. Staff was very nice. Everyone was courteous to me and they made sure she knew how to take her meds before she left.
