Heidi made us feel at ease from the moment we met her. Her quick wit and ready laugh totally disarmed us. Beyond her captivating good humor, she actually listened to what we had to say, and was truly attentive to our unique situation. Over time, we came to realize that she genuinely wants what is best for us and will do everything she can to help us get it. Because she will not be happy until we are, she makes us feel more like friends than clients. We consider Heidi Koll to be the crown jewel of marketing professionals.

Anyone looking to have a loved one placed into hospice should visit with Eastcastle Place, 1st or last, and make their own assessment. The 4th floor (Hospice) where my mother was located was clean, quiet and didnt smell like most nursing homes. The staff is attentive and compassionate everyday, not just those days I visited my mother. A truly inspirational group. And when there were issues, the team corrected the the problem quickly. I was very pleased. The room was more than adequate for my mothers needs. The food was good and treats were provided routinely, even cut flowers. Placing a loved one into a nursing home isnt easy; however, Eastcastle affords you that piece of mind that your loved one is getting the best care possible in their last days - months of their life. My mother and I considered ourselves blessed with being at Eastcastle, especially after visiting and knowing family living in other nursing homes in the area. Good luck! God bless.

Eastcastle Place took excellent care of my mother during her rehab. All the staff from reception, to nurse, to caretaker, to food delivery everyone (and I mean everyone) took such care in everything they did with my mom. I didnt ever have an issue with communication, anytime I needed someone they responded quickly. My mom was never happier (other than having to be there lol) anything she requested she received. She even made good friends with some of the staff. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone who needs rehab. Thanks Again!

3 stars because I hope they improve. My grandfather went to this facility for rehab. I try to be understanding but they could do better. Communication is key. One I believe the staff may be understaffed or overworked. They kept saying his name wrong , likely bc they put two ppl near each other who had similar names. His discharge papers were even the wrong name. I could go on but no need. I just hope they do better. Communicate better with your clients and their family.

5 Stars!! Highly Recommend...Excellent Facility with a truly genuine and caring staff. My father was in rehab at EastCastle Place for over a month and he really enjoyed his rehab stay. From the Managers, social workers, CNAs, therapy staff, food staff, and activity staff...everyone was very kind and helpful. (If i were to need to stay in a rehab facility, I would definitely choose EastCastle Place after my fathers great experience.) The Care is truly excellent....I appreciated everything that you did for my father and family, Bravo.

I love it here... yes, I now reside at Eastcastle and so it is my new place of residence. For the record, I loved living in Delafield but this is the next best. People are great, staff is excellent, apartment is perfect for me, Im near my son and brother and my wonderful family makes sure Im forever attended to, or visited by them or other members of the family. What more could I ever want? ( except of course, if I could have my Patrick back. That would cover all my needs.)

Several years ago my husband broke his femur. He did his rehab at East Castle. Staff was wonderful, gave him the freedom to come and go in his wheel chair, as he is a smoker. They are not like other places that have a revolving staff. His one nurse had been there for 20 years. NOW that is wonderful.

My mother worked as a nurse here for over 20 years - she now lives here and is so extremely happy. She always said she wanted to live at East Castle when it was the right time. Now is the time! We, all of her kids, are so happy knowing she is safe, happy and thriving in this wonderful community.

My Granny has been in here for a month now & I will love for her to be home. But since she's not able to, I'll rather for her to be here. It's a clean facility with very nice workers. Everytime I go visit, it's clean & don't smell like other facilities. She loves it here & as long as she don't have any complaints, the family & I are ok.

As an employee and nurse, this is one of the nicest facilities I have had the pleasure of working at. As not to sound bias, I would not have any reservations about having one of my family members reside either in their independent living community, assisted living, rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility.

I have worked in senior communities and with senior community providers for over 10 years and have never been more impressed with a community before. This is a community were seniors thrive. This is where seniors are appreciated for what they have done for our community as a whole and encouraged to live life to the fullest given the opportunities and resources through a spectacular team of professional employees and volunteers. Not to mention, this historical landmark is just beautiful, filled with historical literature architecture, art work, furnishings and so much more. If that is not enough...they are also doing a renovation of the HealthCenter to add even more support to the Milwaukee Area for Post Hospitalization Rehabilitation. So excited to see what is next for the community.

THIS PLACE IS A BEAUTIFUL, WELL KEPT FACILITY. I HAVE BEEN VISITING THREE TIMES, ONCE BEFORE IT WAS REMODLE, AND TWICE AFTER IT WAS. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, CARING AND PROFESSION.

This is a wonderful place.They recently had a great picnic there with a dunk tank a bouncy house a cakewalk food was served, all the staff residence and families looked as though they were having a great time..Eastcastle has been around for130 years so to be around for those many years they have to be doing alot of things right.
