The onsite staff is kind and respectful. The caveat is that it is managed by a national management company whose name is Envolve. For nine months now I have received ridiculous reasons why I owe them money. The person in charge of the ledger is difficult to get a response from. When a response is given, it is "we are working on it." I am furious and at my wits end. I have explained to the person with the ledgers so many times how to fix it and she is not hearing me at all. Next week I am going to seek legal counsel.

I moved into this apartment building in December, 2013. Have been very happy living here, have a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with a bay window that I love. My apartment overlooks the front of the property where I can see the flower garden in the summer. The building is very well maintained and the manager and maintenance man are very friendly and do a wonderful job. Maintenance calls are taken care of immediately. We have a community room with a full kitchen, library books are brought in once a month and there is also a computer room with computer and printer. Many people spend hours playing cards or putting together puzzles. Also an exercise room with several types of equipment. Very friendly place to live.

I am 82 and have lived here 5 years and love every thing about it. First, the neighborhood is wonderful. It is nestled within homes, condos.owned, little traffic, close to a peaceful park with tennis courts and playground equipment ensuring residents of all ages including pets. The management of this building is superior--an expert maintenance supervisor, Gary, and community manager, Laura. They are always cordial and welcome to answer questions and concerns. The residents living here range in ages, talents, hobbies and interests, wonderful friends. I feel safe and am grateful to live here.

Best move I've made I moved into Westminster in June 2020. I must say it was the best move I made after selling my house. My sister Joanne lived at Westminster for 9 years before she passed away in 2016. She absolutely loved it. Since I moved in this year I can see why she loved it so. Even with the fact it's under new ownership and management, I can not say enough good things about Westminster. It's clean, quiet, and very well maintained, plus a very friendly community. The management and maintenance staff go above and beyond trying to make the community a very nice place to call home. I feel safe an very comfortable here. It has many opportunities of things to do for anyone who lives here. (((Once the virus quiets down so we can enjoy each other's company .)) I would highly recommend any senior who's looking for a nice home to check Westminster Senior Apartments out. I'm glad I checked it out and plan on staying here for many years.
