It's okay overall. Service is either fast or slow, depending on what it is you're requesting. It's a pretty similar to hospitals/clinics/nursing homes where there is lack of communications. Front desk/administrator can be better by being more specific and/or elaborate more with details when necessary. Unless they are not aware of other departments jobs/details? Like if people are calling past 3pm to talk to therapists or nurses but those are the times that everybody clocks out then say it. Don't just say okay I'll transfer you. Atleast be kind enough to say I'll transfer you to their voicemail or whatever. You can definitely feel some kind of slight negativity when you walk into the building. Sure there job is not easy but it doesn't mean to relay the negativity onto the family members or visitors.

Everyone was so friendly while I was here for rehab. They were helpful from the minute we walked in. Everybody was nice and never felt like a stranger here, my loved ones and I were always greeted with a friendly hello. Overall, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The meals, were absolutely delicious! There was such a variety of meals and the kitchen staff handled the accommodations very well. There are a lot of activities and beauty salon here which was nice to have available.

My mom has been in the janesville oak park for a little over two months now and she still is not getting the right food she puts down on her menu every week and its just not her most of the residents are not getting what they are paying big money every month in rent for, this is getting a little ridiculous how do you mess up wanting chicken noodle soup and keylime pie and getting instead beeftips, mashed potatos, brussel sprouts and pumkin pie really i mean really do something or give her money back in rent.

My mom recently was released from the hospital into my care after being diagnosed with small cell carcinoma. She needed more rehab to get her strong enough to go to her own home. When she was admitted she could not care for herself as all. With the compassion and care of an incredible staff she is now back to being able to take care of herself to get her wish of going home. I can not tell you how grateful and thankful to the fantastic staff and would definitely recommend if you and anyone you know needs their service. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of my mom
