My family and I moved our sister here from out of state. What seemed like a daunting task was made easier by Stephanie, the admissions director. She dealt with our concerns and anxieties professionally and with understanding. I noticed immediately that the facility is clean and has a homey atmosphere. Housekeeping does a good job and with a caring attitude. The caregivers knew my name before I knew theirs and have consistently answered all of my questions and concerns. My sister feels comfortable with them and has committed that she feels she is treated with respect and is not just another number. I have observed Holly, the activity director draw in the residents to the activities and meets them where they’re at. The activities are fun and diverse. I am so thankful for Clarissa the wellness director. She has taken the time to get to know my sister well and advises the caregivers on how to meet her needs best. Most importantly, my family and I all agree that our sister is happy and secure in this environment. We feel we made the best choice for her.

This facility needs a direct line that is guaranteed for someone to pick upwhat type of senior living facility doesn’t pick up the dam phone?! I will be calling state and have them call to see that this facility doesn’t pick up the phone at all!

i have had the opportunity to work with Stephanie and Clarissa at Kenosha Senior Living. They both take exceptional care of the residents there. Stephanie will go over and above to make sure that they have all that they need. The facility is clean and the rooms are beautiful. You won't be disappointed to have your love one stay there!

Kenosha Senior Living is living for my mom! They’re good to her there she loves it when we come in the staff is friendly. It’s clean. The food is good hairdressers great the aids are wonderful! The nurses are wonderful. The administrators are wonderful. Have nothing but good reviews and I’m grateful for Kenosha Senior Living.

I have been to Kenosha Senior Living a few times for events that they have hosted. I am always so impressed by the effort they put to engage their residents through activities and personalized care efforts. Their staff addresses all the residents by name and acknowledges them as they walk by. I am also always amazed by how clean and well kept the facility is. They put a lot of effort of creating a home-like environment for their residents!

We chose Kenosha Senior Living for my friend. It's very homey. My friend felt like it was home, like a lot of people there would be like family to her. It's all on one floor and it's laid out like the letter H. She felt like she would never get lost. It has several different little seating areas that she liked a lot. It has quite a bit of crafting where you can craft and have interactions with other folks. The staff was very open, honest, upbeat, and friendly, all positive. They had my friend come in for playing cards with five of the other residents, and my friend really liked that, so were the other residents, so that was a big plus. I went to the craft area and painted rocks.

I cannot thank the staff at Kenosha Senior Living enough for taking such good care of my mother. She is so happy, and I have peace while I am out of town. I enjoy hearing her stories each day of everything she has done from exercise class to games and the wonderful food cooked by the chef! Thank you for loving mother and the other residents and for treating them like family, not just providing them a place to live because they cannot live at home alone.

My Mom was recently checked into the center. We were all concerned how she would do. To our surprise she has friends here and so many things to do. She even loves not having to cook. Her room is nice and My sister and her decorated room nice. This a a great place

When you walk into this facility, you have the feeling that you’re home. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it shows in the residents that are clearly happy here. After touring several family’s here it’s easy to see why they choose to stay and make it their new home.

I can't imagine our dad living anywhere else! He has a minor case of dementia...and every time we visit, he reminds us that he has made alot of good friends and loves living there. We are so grateful to the staff for their efforts during covid to keep our loved ones safe and healthy. It wasn't easy, of course, being asked to stay away from the facility...but we knew they were following protocol of the state and health organizations. We especially want to thank Katie Aldridge for being instrumental in dad's health and well-being. Keep up the great work, our beloved staff....Dad is counting on you and so are we!

KSL has been my father's residence for over 5 years, and every time I speak with him he says "It's a good place to live" and "I like living here." They take good care of him, and I have always had good relations with the staff. During the height of the pandemic I was able to have video chats. I would recommend it to anyone looking to place their loved one. Kudos!
