Own of the best assisted living facilities to work at and if your a son or daughter is looking for a good home for your parents I really suggest casa del mare , we treat each resident like family , and each employee works hard to make sure they feel at home . Great caregivers , memory care coordinator, and nursing staff , as well as delicious meals all day everyday , with an amazing activities director who plans several fun events for all residents to enjoy .

I had an relative who worked there and was let go because staff said she was sleeping and the same staff members be sleep theirselves but what concerns me is how can they let an employee still work there after she gave resident another resident medication and the resident had to be sent to the hospital. Upon release the resident slept for at least 2 days straight didn’t eat or anything and she still not really focus but did I mention that the Employer that gave the wrong medication to resident still works there and still passing medication the only thing she got was a slap on the wrist and getting retrained for medication. Now what’s worst someone sleeping or someone passing out the wrong medication that could’ve ended a life. My Relative want it to make scenes and is very upset behind this.

Very caring staff. My dad was in need of a respite stay while recuperating from surgery and Casa Del Mare was able to meet all of his needs. It is a very difficult decision to move a family member into a care facility especially during Covid when visitation is restricted. The professional staff at Casa Del Mare helped ease my mind and I am comfortable with my father being left in their care.

I am currently the RN manager , I mainly focus on the memory care floor but I over see the entire building as well. The ED Carie is extremely supportive and is doing an amazing job with her leadership skills. I have had a positive experience working and caring for all the residents and their families. We have a great solid team and will always go above and beyond to take care of your loved ones. Management as a whole works together to continuously improve experiences and quality of life for all residents. The lead care givers are amazing and help more then I can express, I am so thankful for all of the care staff for everything they do on a daily basis. This is an excellent place to work and to have your loved one cared for.

I was employed here for two years as a manager- so to say I saw all the inside-outs is an understatement. The staff here has always gone above and beyond for the residents since day one. Although there was a transition of executive directors- they are now in the best hands of a solid management team. I can truly say that each and every manager- care team- dietary- and housekeeper puts the residents first to help them on a day to day basis. I will always value the team here that works hard day in and day out to make this the best environment for anyone putting a loved one in Assisted living- Independent living- or memory care.

I worked for casa for over five years. I learned a lot while working for this company. The residents of casa were truly my motivation to come to work and work hard every day. They were always so appreciative and thankful for every small thing we did for them. I was blessed to be apart of their lives and enjoyed the varieties of personalities within the building.

Casa Del Mare is an excellent place. My mom has been there since October 2018 and we have had NOTHING but GREAT things to say about it. The memory care floor is awesome. Abbey Boero went above and beyond her job for my mom recently. My mom broke her hip. She had surgery, then was released to a rehab facility. That place did not know what to do with her and put her on the long term care side in a filthy room. Abbey took it upon herself to make sure my mom was on the rehab side, her rehab plan was up to par and everything was fine with my dad, all in one day. She constantly goes above and beyond with the care of my mom and also my dad, answering any questions he has at any time. i am forever indebted to Abbey. She is AWESOME!!

My father has been a resident for about 6 months now and he is showing major improvement in mobility and personality. They treat their residents as beloved family members. I was able to arrange for his care from 2000 miles away. Abbey and Rachel are the staff members whom I have worked with closely and both are so conscientious and helpful. They truly made a painful process very manageable. For that I am eternal grateful and wish Casa continued successes. 10-10 would recommend

My family was caught by surprise when our Mom was diagnosed with vascular dementia. We had to make difficult decisions quickly and needed to find a trustworthy, safe place for her to live. Rachel was amazing at helping us understand all of our options and was so patient when answering our seemingly endless list of questions and concerns. Our Mom lives on the memory care floor where she receives great care from everyone she comes in contact with. Abbey and the staff at Casa Del Mare are extremely compassionate and treat our Mom with the dignity and respect she deserves. They greet us with a smile every time we arrive, update us on how she has been doing that day and, most importantly, understand what her specific needs are. We are eternally grateful for everyone there!

Casa del Mare is THE place for your parents. The caring, compassionate staff go over and beyond to make your parents feel comfortable, loved and respected. From the front receptionist, to the dining staff, maintenance, the caretakers and nurses: all are there for the residents. My mom was in memory care for 2 years, and my dad was in assisted living for 4 years. I can't say enough good things. When I wasn't there, I knew my parents were well taken care of.

My in-laws recently moved to Casa del Mare. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make them feel welcome and included in the Casa community. We had a medication issue and the issue was addressed quickly and resolved. The entire staff met with us to make sure we were satisfied. My in-laws say the food the excellent too! Having Michelle at the front desk is a huge plus. She is a valuable asset to Casa del Mare.

Casa Del Mare is such an amazing place! The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and extremely patient with the residents. They have a beautiful location that over looks the lake, while inside is warm and clean, with a very at home feel. I highly recommend Casa Del Mare to anyone looking for a safe, warm, welcoming place for their loved ones.

I toured there with Heather about a month and a half ago, I've never seen such caring caregivers at any facility. They greeted my dad like he was already a part of their family. The nurses were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any immediate questions or concerns I had about my dad. Since my dad has been there I have felt 100% confident in the care my dad has received since the day I dropped him off.
