My Mother is a resident in the Aspen building. While it was difficult at first for Mom she settled in quickly and has made some beautiful friends that I also consider friends. Mom enjoys the activities so much and looks forward to Bingo weekly! Kelly and Amanda are the heart of the activities program and the Wyndemere community is truly blessed with their enthusiasm, love and care. They truly treat the residents with love and respect as I witness it everytime I visit which is often. Recently the New Zoo came with some animals to show and it was so neat. Kelly also arranges for Tucker the therapy dog to come and visit once a month. He is so sweet. Amanda has the most amazing personality along with her sister Ashley who does all of the maintenance at the community. They always say hello to me when they see me and they are just so kind to the residents that it so heartwarming and gives me reassurance that Mom is being well cared for. The CNAs are all very friendly and personable. Kennedy really looks out for Mom and gives me updates whenever I stop in. She is a gem. Shout out to management also! Sunny, Michelle and Amber keep things running smoothly and are always quick to respond to any questions or a concern. Last, but certainly not least by any means I couldn't end this without praising Gena and her wonderful meals and desserts she makes. Mom loves her desserts! Thank You!!

The activities staff, especially Amanda and Kelly, are consistently cheerful and innovative. They understand the needs and always ensure everyone feels included and enjoys the activities. Visited Wyndemere w a friend whose mother is there. The facility was clean, smelled fresh, food looked fantastic. Met an employee Amanda Housner in Activites and she was just a doll. She truly cares about her clients and making sure they have activities and enrichment in thier daily life. What a special person and team. When time comes I will definitely be bringing my mother to your beautiful facility. 10/10

My bonus-mother has been at this memory care facility for over three years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care she receives. She is always clean, well cared for, and genuinely seems happy there. The staff is kind, compassionate, and consistently attentive to her needs. They also go out of their way to be welcoming and supportive of my father when he visits, which means a lot to our family. We feel confident and at peace knowing she is in such good hands.

Amazing place & even more amazing staff. Theirs one in particular though that is amazing with people and their care there. She takes time to get to know them and connect with them. She’s awesome and treats them like they’re her family, I believe her name is Amanda from the activity department. Keep up the good job lady ! I have donated materials to the activities center at wyndemere. I became familiar with the facility after I met one of their activity coordinators, Amanda Housner thru her pet rescue efforts. I was instantly in awe of the compassion she has for animals. It just makes sense that it would cross over into a career carrying for people Amanda talked about her job with so much passion and obvious love for her residents. In an industy working with such a vulnerable population, it's comforting to know there are places like wyndemere and people like Amanda H to keep our loved ones safe and cared for.

Amanda is fantastic! I met her through a mutual friend who was helping her gather donations for her program at Wyndemere. I have seen her request things from crafts and games to hygiene items. In an industry that unfortunately leaves many elderly people to suffer in, it is refreshing that Amanda truly cares and ensures the best care is given.

5 stars for the ACTIVITY ladies!! Amanda & Kelly!!! They both go above and beyond to do the most for the residents! Not only have they paid OUT OF POCKET for the residents activities, they go out of their way to come up with NEW and BETTER activities that benefit the residents and let the residents engage more other than just coloring!! They both go to a church on Wednesdays once a month and grab clothes for the residents! They made a senior ball for the residents which they absolutely LOVED! They made a senior store for them! They had the residents participate in making DOG TREATS for a shelter & promoted wyndemere on social media! They try their best to ALWAYS come up with new ideas to entertain the residents!! A HUGE shout out to Amanda for picking up the activity load in ASPEN in FEBRUARY when the other activity lead had to be on leave!! And for ALWAYS helping out whether it’s in the kitchen cooking, on the floor with staff, or literally anything and everything with NO HESITATION!!! Employee of the year forsure! They both are the BEST activitiy ladies wyndemere has ever had by far!! They treat the residents exactly how they should be treated!!! Also giving recognition to the house keeping at wyndemere! Thank you so much for all you do for all THREE buildings you’re doing amazing!!! & a HUGE shout out to the maintance man ASHLEY & caregiver Sonya!! you deserve the world for everything you’ve done & sticking through it all these years! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN AND THE CNA'S AND MANAGEMENT THROWN IN PRISON. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO GET IT TOGETHER WHEN STATE WALKS THROUGH. AND INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY.

Not being able to care of your loved one anymore is very tough to handle. Wyndemere was able to bring me comfort in knowing she was well taken care of. They were able to handle every level of my mothers dementia with such care and patience. I got to know many of the staff & found they go above & beyond in making my mother comfortable & happy. She was able to go outside to relax in the center garden & get the sun on her face. Watch the birds at all the feeders. The meals they prepared for her were always amazing with such a great variety. I'm very thankful for them everyday.

I have had several interactions with Wyndemere and the staff. Ashley Lamal Maintenance Director has always been fabulous to work with and she goes above and beyond to help the residents, families along with other providers. My father was a resident there for 3 years it the memory care unit and the staff was amazing! They took great care of my dad and became our second family. Even after my father passed away we are still in contact with many of the care givers. We felt very confident in the care given there. I can’t say enough about the staff there. I would recommend Wyndemere to anyone who is looking for memory care.

My Nana has called the Wyndemere home now for about a year and this place is sooo much better than the first one she was in....They're so caring about their jobs. Specifically, the Aspen House. They did such a great job with painting and remodeling! Special thank you to Ashley! She literally dressed up like the Easter Bunny to cheer up all the residents on Easter and it choked me up seeing the photos she posted on Facebook. Above and beyond. Those are the kinds of people we want around our loved ones.

I stopped by spontaneously to drop off few donations for Bingo. Visiting This place and meeting Barbara Ann in person was the high light of my day. I plan to come back again!! You have a true gem in Barbara ANn!!

With the recent internal management change this facility is fast becoming an outstanding assisted living memory care facility and is building on exceptional care provided by Ashley, Kaleah and Gena. The current positive atmosphere here continues based on the quality of new hires. We are extremely pleased with the direction Wyndemere is going.

I can’t say enough great things about Wyndemier. It was the solution for all our problems. Mom has a very advanced dementia with sundowners It was a big struggle for us at two different assisted living homes. These girls here at Wyndemier know what they are doing. They know how to handle these types of situations . They kept me informed of what was going on all through the Covid shut down. They treat her like their Grandma’•. I know they care for her better than I can. When I go to visit, She is always ready to go back with her girls with a big smile. They too are always happy and smiling. My Mother has been a memory care resident for 18 months and has received excellent care. Above all we have not had any of the unacceptable mistakes made at a previous facility. The provided appropriate activities each day and have been very attentive to her safety and needs.

Mom has been at Wyndemere for several months, and it's clear the staff take excellent care of her. Although I can't visit her personally due to COVID-19, Kevin and the other staff members are always willing to help Mom with a FaceTime call, and they respond very quickly to email. I'm v very grateful Mom is in such good hands..

I spent many hours here with my mom getting her settled in February 2020. The staff was very compassionate and caring, and the facility was clean and bright. They encourage residents to personalize their rooms, so it doesn't feel institutional. They had multiple daily activities, and the food was prepared on site, not frozen commissary food. And in the warm months, there is a small courtyard where residents can be outdoors enjoying the sunshine safely. Four months later, I am still pleased. They are taking appropriate precautions to protect against COVID-19 (restricting family visits, social distancing, and using personal protective equipment) and are helping to facilitate video visits and window visits. I miss her tremendously, and I know it is hard for her to be there without family, but I know she is much safer and well cared for at Wyndemere than she would be alone in her home, or even in my home. I couldn't be more grateful.

I changed my rating! Took a tour about a year and a half ago. Not good at all this was the only review I ever made because I was unhappy. Just walked in on a Sunday to see if things have changed because we are not happy where our Dad is right now. Completely different staff and overall feel. Everything seems different but a good different. Apparently they are going through some changes with staff and leadership and the feeling I got when I walked in you could tell. They are in the beginning/middle stages of transformation which is exciting to see what it will become in the future. I would definitely give Wyndemire a look for yourself and meet the people and see the building. Alot of the reviews on here seem older which I understand because I was in that boat too but things do change it just takes a little time. I say check it out for yourselves before referring to older reviews!

Wyndemere has improved greatly since the change in the Administration. I have seen so many new changes for the better since the management has changed. The new management truly cares about the residents and are changing things to ensure good quality care!

My 83 year old Mother suffers from advanced alzheimers disease, and we simply could no longer manage her care at home. I toured a number of assisted living facilities in the Green Bay area, and Wyndemere met our criteria best out of all of them. From Eileen English, the administrator on-site, down to the maintenance staff, everyone on-site has been caring and compassionate with our Mother and the other residents. The food is top-notch, and I'm actually sorry that we didn't get Mom here sooner. She is socialized with others in her condition, and they know how to get her to eat right and take regulars showers/baths - something we struggles with at home. She is in the 'Aspen' house, and that facility is built with a sizable courtyard that the residents have free access to in the warmer months, and Mom LOVES to sit outside - that was a HUGE selling point! Additionally, not long after Mom moved-in, so did a four-legged resident named 'TANK' - he's a beautiful little rescue dog that brings joy to all who meet him. I could go on and on; however, let me end with - Wyndemere is the place for your loved one if you want peace of mind and quality care! P.S. Eileen has even gone the extra mile of helping me coordinate benefits with medicaid and my Mom's limited long term care insurance - just another weight they have lifted from my shoulders.
