A Place For Mom
Very helpful staff. Nice facility. Very safety conscious in regards to protecting clients, which was nice to see. We are definitely considering this as a possible location for mom.

Caring
Your loved ones will receive great care at Moraine Ridge Reflections Memory Care facility. From the moment you walk in, both you and your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect from administration, nursing and support services. The meals are excellent and there is a very good activity programs ranging from art, sing alongs, games, birthdays and holiday celebrations. Each caregiver seems to have personal relationships with the family and patient making all feel at home and putting family at ease knowing their loved one will receive great care. The rooms are nice and staff do a good job at keeping the clean. Progress reports are provided in a timely manner and supervision is quick to provide answers to questions and concerns. I also like the fact that family can take part in care and activities(pre Covid). Carol, the nurse manager is outstanding and it reflects on her staff.

The community is very good, neat, and clean. The staff is friendly and very caring. The communication between the staff and our family is great they keep us well informed and contact us with any questions. I would recommend this community to others.

Caring
My wife moved into Reflections at Moraine Ridge. It's great, the staff is excellent, caring, and very compassionate. Her room is decent sized, with a large bathroom, that's wheelchair accessible. The food is excellent, I feed her every day at noon, the people are well-fed, the dining area is clean, and the personnel are wonderful to work with. They play bingo, and they have games, and exercises.
