We moved a family member to Frontida of Germantown in early 2022 and we still definitely feel that it was the right choice. We love that it is one level, and not too big to get lost in. The staff are all dedicated, caring, loving, and kind and they communicate with us regularly. The meals always look delicious, and our loved one's room and all the common areas are kept clean and orderly. They keep the residents engaged with activities, exercise, games, and more. This was definitely the right fit for us and we would highly recommend it!

I am very glad that I found Frontida to place my wife in. The facility is clean, open with lots of natural light and very conducive for walking both inside and out. It is surrounded by natural landscape and has a patio and walk way outside. The staff is very caring, always easy to approach and keeps you informed through phone calls and text messages if necessary. They are staffed appropriately with activities and therapies readily available. The food is hot and very good, snacks are also available. They decorate for special days and have parties where families are invited. I would highly recommend Frontida for your loved one.

While taking a tour I enjoyed the open concept and variety of services the facility offered their residents. My tour guide was knowledgeable and very professional. You could tell it was a good place when the director showed so much compassion for motivation to making things feel very at home for their residents. 🙂

I love this facility, my mom has been here for a while. The caregivers are very passionate and nice. Very patient and takes great care of my mom. Jackie who does activities is really nice and keeps the residents engaged in activities. Ty has taken great of my mom since she moved in. They’re like bff’s lol.Very patient and you can tell she loves what she does. Shakurra is amazing as well. Does great with being patient and paying attention to the residents. These ladies are EXTREMELY nice!!!! I would highly recommend this facility. Carrie is good and patient!!!!! These ladies work so hard and DESERVE A RAISE!!!!! Only down side is I feel they need to hire a housekeeper. These ladies do EVERYTHING from cooking, cleaning, to laundry. Thank you ladies for all you do. My family APPRECIATES you all ESPECIALLY TY

My mom has been at Frontida for four months. The staff works hard to care for the residents and my mom tells me all the time how nice everyone is to her. The meals are ok to very good. The new director, Adrien, has a lot of energy and works hard to address issues and keeping things running smoothly. Over all I am pleased with the care my mom is receiving. This is a very difficult field to work in, and I really appreciate the staff at Frontida who do a great job.

My mother has been here since July of 2019. As in just about all memory care facilities , it takes patience and compassion to manage its residents. I am satisfied with the assistance that my mother needs and receives. I must say the administrator, KARIN is doing an excellent job. She is right out there helping when needed. VANNESSA, SHACOLLIER, SHONTICE, and PAT ( wonderful mealmaker), all deserve praise for their devotion to the residents. I must say they are hard working and dedicated. I am so thankful my mom is being cared for by these compassionate ladies. The facility is beautiful. These employees are the best!
