2026. My mother-in-law was at Burr Oak for 1 year before she passed. Pam, Cathy and all staff are the most amazing people, they treat each resident with Love, compassion and are so accommodating with each and every need. The meals they serve 3 times a day are home made healthy meals. Burr Oak deserves a 5 Star rating. Thank you for Loving Gayle like your own. You all are Truly a Blessing.

My mother has been receiving quality care at Burr Oak Manor, for years. She loves her caregivers, and they show her love, as well. It is not fancy in decor, it is bright and clean. It smells pleasant, which is appreciated. I value that my mom is clean, dressed, fed, loved and her medications are managed, to the minute. Thank you, Burr Oak team.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They have a criminal working taking care of your loved one. Theresa stoen concealing a dead body. These are the type of people you have working taking care of you mom or dad or grandma. They don’t actually care neither. The management is aware of it.
