I have worked for Sage Meador at Lake Geneva since October 2022. The moment I walked in this community for my interview I was sure this was the place where I wanted to work, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, the residents had a smile on their faces, the community was very clean, and you could smell the delicious meals that they were serving for lunch. The staff care and love our resident just as if they were part of their family, There have been many changes for the better with the new department heads and management corporation Koru Health our room have renovated floors, they care and provide what we need for our community to improve and succeed, We are coming up with different ways to make if fun and entertaining for our residents. I am happy and proud to be part of the Sage Meadow family.

My Father lived at Sage Meadows at Lake Geneva, they are a great Assisted Living, the staff are nice, patient and loving toward the elderly people that lives there. I was always able to talk to the care leads and administration for any questions or concerns, food was very good specially deserts. I would recommend Sage Meadow at Lake Geneva as a good place to live.

One of the best facilities I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Staff is attentive to resident needs and wants, the Administrator Liz Peschman is amazing in the way she handles staff, residents, and families. Anyone who put their loved one in our care would not regret their decision!

My Mother was there for a year and a half and during that time the staff made my Mom and our family feel like one of thier own family members.We have been to a few other facilities that have been absolutly horrible. If we could, we would get my Mom back into Sage Meadow in a heart beat. They have activities for the residents and have had nice lunches flr the residents and family during holidays. I wish everyplace that cares for our elderly would be as nice as Sage Meadow. All places will have issues with employees from time to time, and all residents have issues themselves. All in all, we had a very good experience with Sage Meadow vs the rest of the places we have been at.
