Staff werent wearing masks, and the Director did not seem to have a coherent plan for mitigating risk of Covid-19 despite months of warnings. Update: New director and care is reportedly improved. Updated from 1 to 3 stars optimistically, though the bar has been set pretty low. Covid ran rampant through this place in 2020.
