My mother in law has been at Auberge for about 6 months and we have been very happy with the facility and staff. Everyone I have met has been very friendly and helpful. She is diabetic and has some memory issues and having the proper care for her at Auberge has really improved her well-being. She used to complain about feeling ill and stayed in bed all day at home but now that her medications are managed and she is properly cared for she is more alert and interacting with the other residents and staff. Auberge is a relatively new facility with lots of natural light and windows and great meals served in the common room so residents can socialize. The staff organized special Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations for the residents and their families which was a really nice touch. I would recommend Auberge if you have a family member that needs care.

I’ve been employed with this community for going on 6 years . I always knew that this was my passion I absolutely love & enjoy being that extra helping hand at all times !! It’s very rewarding knowing that you made a difference in someone's life. Staff & management are so welcoming everyone’s a team player that’s what I love most about working here . We as a community always go above & beyond making sure everyone in the community feel loved, safe & comfortable no one is alone we are family . A Great community to trust with your family member.

My mother has received wonderful care! She enjoys the food and the staff have taken good care of her. It's reassuring to know her medications are given regularly as she's diabetic and prior to Auberge always had trouble keeping her blood/sugar level correct. The facility is very nice with a lot of natural light. My mom has been doing quite well since she moved in. I appreciate the all of the staff's good work. Thank you!

These past 5 years working here at The Auberge of Brookfield has truly been such a wonderful experience! When I first started out working here, I began as a dietary aide under Silverado. Since then, I have transition from dietary aide to a housekeeper for a year and half. As of this January, I eventually moved up the chain to become a concierge. So, this community is always looking for superstars to move up in the ranks when they see a potential candidate. Plus, the atmosphere of this place is remarkable! The community has plenty of natural light throughout and a courtyard that is so beautiful. We have such a caring and passionate staff to care for our residents even when our residents are having a bad day. Residents are always served nutritious meals with plenty of snacks and refreshments throughout the day. In additional, residents have the option to jump in to do activities which are educational and lively. Overall, this is a great place to work otherwise we would not have been a certified Great Place to Work for this year if we were not. If you are looking for an exceptional job opportunity or finding the perfect place for your loved one there is no doubt this is the community to check out.
