My father-in-law died in December and 4 days prior to his passing, my mother -in-law moved to an RCAC. She has needed additional services on a prn basis and Bright Star has been so wonderful in assisting us to assist her. They have been understanding of her situation and we are truly appreciative of their support. I am a retired LCSW and was in practice for 32 years; when we needed in home care, I chose Brightstar. Patrick from Bright Star has been visiting my father-in-law weekly for 2-3 years now. He is kind and patient and brilliant in how he solves problems for him and assists him with day to day issues that arise, paperwork, research, helping him while he is outdoors. He is quite mannered and noble and trust worthy and my father-in-law declares him an "expert" in everything and thinks so highly of him. We are so very grateful for Bright Star and Patrick!

I would give this company 10s if I could. They have been absolutely incredible! My elderly parents started out, reluctantly with 2 days a week for a few hours and as their needs progressed BrightStar and their incredible Staff have been with us. We now have 24/7 care for my parents. They love the staff and we love them! A huge thank you to all staff!

Brightstar has helped me stay in my own home by giving me great homecare services (shower and dressing help, shopping and cooking assistance and helping me with any needs I have}. They are always on time and listen to what I need for the day once they arrive. We have been working with Brightstar for almost 3 years. Michelle, Richard, and Patrick have all been exceptional in helping us take care of our father and keep him in his home. Words can not express the care that my mom received from Katie her companion. Mom was not interested in having someone to come into her home and just be there, whether it was to have a conversation, take her to the store or do simple tasks around the house. Mom connected to Katie right away, She was on time, treated mom with respect and did whatever was asked of her. The agency was very caring.. The nurse did the assessment and thou mom did not need nursing care they were aware of her health issues and we knew if Katie thought something was not right she would contact the office. Being a nurse myself I am always looking for faults and areas to improve in. I would highly recommend Bright Star-Baraboo, They provided the quality of care we were looking for, kept the lines of communication open, were professional and on time. Katie completed everything that was asked of her with a smile and mom looked forward to her next visit with Katie.!

My coworkers are amazing, management is awesome, the work with my schedule for what I can and can't do, plus they helped me go to school! Brightstar out of Baraboo, Wisconsin has been extremely helpful to me as a caregiver. The caregivers they send out to help me are skilled, kind, and go the extra mile to help me. A nurse comes out every few months to monitor the plan of care and she offers excellent advice. The people in the central office who deal with scheduling and billing have been helpful. kind, flexible, and accommodating. All these people care about you as if they are family. Hello! Recently last month I had my first experience with Bright Star Care... It was a very positive one I might add. Everybody made me feel very comfortable. They accommodated me well! From coming out to my room to fill out the paperwork. Abby was just Awesome, along with the nurse who joined her, for putting together a plan to accommodate Michael. They set Michael up with Erwin, and I can't say enough about him! What an Awesome choice!!! You know your staff! Erwin had such great experience working with our Special child! They hit it off, from the moment they met! Michael really enjoyed hanging out with him, and they did such fun things together! I don't give my child to just anybody! Any time I visit Wisconsin, I will be certain to contact Bright Star, and will look forward to hooking up with Erwin again! Thank you Bright Star for all you did for my family!! Until we meet again.
