Right from our first tour for my dad we had a wonderful experience! Jocelyn was so helpful in answering all of our questions. She was very kind, understanding and professional. Then we met Stephanie who helped us with everything that had to do with the move. She followed up, she made and sent a video of the apartment we were considering so my dad (in another state) could really get a feel for it. When she knew we had made our decision, she made sure my dad's favorite ice cream was in the freezer for him when he arrived. I could go on and on! The front desk staff has been so friendly and amazing. The other residents have been making sure my dad knows about upcoming events. I'm so happy that my dad is in such a wonderful place!

We have been here a little over a year. We think the staff is excellent. One could not ask for any better. The food is fine as we are dietetic and thy can prepare the meal to your liking..Overall We find Creekside to serve our needs.

My in-laws have lived at the Creekside for 4 years. From day one, they (and we) have felt so lucky to have found this new home for them. The staff are incredible and take such amazing care of our folks. They treat them like family and go above and beyond our expectations. The food service is excellent. The activities are varied and engaging. The surprise trips are wonderful (and always very accessible for folks with some mobility challenges). The monthly premiere dinners are outstanding (we always get photos of each course, and occasionally we are able to join in the yumminess). But, at the end of the day, it is about the people. Everyone - housekeeping, maintenance, director, activities, servers, chef - is so pleasant and caring. THANK YOU, CREEKSIDE ! !

The remarkable level of care and attention to detail that the staff of the Creekside show each day cannot be praised enough. I am so grateful that my grandparents moved into this community. The supportive environment, the wealth of activities to participate in, and the incredible staff have made this such a wonderful home for them. Creekside is a friendly, comfortable community located in the heart of Woodinville. All staff members are the BEST! There are a wide variety of daily and weekly activities, plus many fun group outings on the bus. Residents are a happy, caring group of people who look out for each other. Creekside feels less like a hotel/resort and more like home abd being part of a large family.

They are attentive to each resident, they care for each person and make sure they are included in all activities each resident enjoys, and they are so caring of everyone living here in The Creekside. I am so happy we moved our mom to her 1 bedroom apartment here in in June of 2025, and happy that mom is saying, "I'm home" now after 3 months after living here. Our Woodinville Cruisers Car Club recently provided a couple dozen classic cars for Creekside's 3rd Annual Car Show. What a wonderful time was had by all. The residents came out to enjoy and reminisce about the cars they had or stories about their parent's cars. We had a great BBQ, raffles, prizes, root beer floats and live entertainment. The residents all seemed to be enjoying themselves with the car owners, family, and friends.

My mom has lived at Creekside for 7 yrs and absolutely loves it! This is due to the amazing staff they have in all areas. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents’s needs are taken care of and that they are enjoying themselves. They also have great food there and a lot of fun activities. With this being a smaller facility, the very involved staff and happy residents make it feel like a family and an enjoyable place to live.

Creekside Senior living is an outstanding facility! Mike, Marty and the entire TEAM create a family centric environment that is not only welcoming, but clean and safe. From planned events to daily life residents feel included and safe. We spent over two years with them because our friend Mark lived there. He needed a home where he didn’t need to shop, cook and needed some help.Visiting Angels staff was great also! The food is well planned and prepared with health and taste in mind. Unfortunately we had to move our friend do to health reasons and needed full time care. Through this process, the staff remained committed to excellence and made our transition as seamless as possible. Great place to live and visit!! Thank you!

My Mother in Law has lived at Creekside for over a year and it was the best decision she could have made. Her apartment is lovely and the team at Creekside are wonderful! They are invested in the lives of the people who live at Creekside. Constantly working to make sure needs are being met to the best of their ability. I can’t say enough good things about The Creekside. My parents moved in in 2022, leaving the home they lived in for 40 years. We were worried about the transition for them, but what they found was a caring and vibrant community where they could make friends, engage in interesting activities and feel loved and supported by the truly caring administration and staff. The Creekside Senior Living Apartments were absolutely the best place for my Mom & Dad to transition when the time came. They had a beautiful, two bedroom, two bath unit that was filled with sunlight. The staff at the Creekside is what really set it apart. They are welcoming, helpful, kind and caring to not only the residents but also their family & visitors. The meals served daily in the dining room were delicious & nutritionally balanced. They even delivered meals to my Mom’s apartment & for me while I was visiting her during an illness. She could choose to eat in her room whenever she wanted to. When I made the decision to move into an independent living community, and after extensive research on the internet, my daughter and I visited The Creekside in mid-December 2024. We were very warmly welcomed by Marty Scoplitte, the Sales Director and then given an extensive tour by Mike Ulm, the Executive Director. It was an easy and relaxing tour that concluded with a very delicious lunch in the dining room. Mike answered our many numerous questions with ease, making us feel at home. As anyone can tell you that when considering a life-changing event such as I was doing it can be a monumental decision to make. After our visit, we discussed the Creekside and what we had seen and the people we met during the tour; not only the staff but residents as well. The thing that stood out most was Mike and his staff working that weekend. It was very obvious they truly enjoy their jobs and working at the Creekside. The residents we met along the way were very engaging and told us how happy they were living there. They mentioned the wonderful and healthy well-balanced meals served each day and the many activities available throughout the day/week. You can be kept as busy as you want to be. I officially moved into the Creekside on February 20 and am so thankful to have done so. Mike Ulm and his fantastic team were right there to help me get settled in. Moving from another state and downsizing can be a bit overwhelming but they helped make the transition easier for me. This is a staff always willing to help; one just has to ask. In the short time that I have lived here I’ve met many of the residents in my building and am now enjoying many new friendships. Everyone was happy to welcome a newcomer amongst them. Lots of camaraderie and laughter when we gather for meals or activities. The location of the Creekside to the Woodinville Town Center is a real bonus. The Creekside deserves 10 stars because of its totally amazing staff under the helm of Mike Ulm. If someone reading this has a parent who is considering a move into independent living you really need to check out the Creekside. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and did I mention that the minute my daughter and I entered the lobby of the Creekside it felt like home! And it truly has become my home and I’m hoping to enjoy many more good years to come.

I visited more than 10 communities in search of a good fit for my step-dad who needed more accommodations than he wanted to admit. Although The Creekside was my first choice, my step-dad was concerned about money so we chose a different location. After a short time in the other location, he realized that paying a bit more for a much better environment was worth it so he agreed to move to The Creekside where he enjoys the food and the people. The staff at The Creekside are exceptional; they go above and beyond to help their residents maintain their independence. Most communities have good staff that make sure needs are met but the staff at Creekside are truly committed to helping residents maintain their independence for as long as possible. I have never seen a better environment than that at The Creekside in Woodinville. I am grateful.

I used to volunteer at the Creekside. I ended up leaving due to my own mental health, but the residents were nothing short of incredible. Every Saturday, I looked forward to coming to lead in Bingo. I shared many laughs with the residents from the ages of 14-16, and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the community. And although it's been a year since I stepped foot into the facility, I know that if I ever did go back, I would be welcomed with open arms. The residents are incredibly friendly, as are the staff, and I would encourage everyone looking for assisted living to reach out for a tour and meet some of the residents. Seriously, not a single bad thing to say about Creekside!

Every time I’ve visited, I’ve noticed the family-like atmosphere and how wonderful the employees are to the residents. It’s always bright, clean, and there’s a lot of activity to choose from. It is wonderful to live in this community. There are many new friends for conversation, play cards or games, share meals, activities and special events. It is also delightful to have your apartment cleaned weekly. The sheets are changed and returned freshly laundered. My room smells so clean afterward. Meals are prepared and served either in the dining room or, if needed, delivered to your room. I love the fresh flowers on the dining room tables, the choice of daily activities, fun or interesting trips and instructor led exercise. Perhaps the feature of my room I am most grateful for is a washer and dryer. The staff is exceptional. They all try to learn our names.

What can I say about The Creekside? Two words: Katy Schumann. She's their marketing director and was my first and ongoing point of contact at this fabulous community. My mother was living down in Las Vegas, and after a cancer diagnosis, I wanted to move her closer to me in WA. I'd had both of my parents in a couple different care facilities in Las Vegas, and let's just say, I know what to look for by now. In Vegas, I endured countless broken promises and unfulfilled services. At The Creekside, they have kept every one of their commitments, going above and beyond to make my mom's move carefree and continue to deliver white glove service for her every day. She is incredibly picky (we both are), and The Creekside has met and exceeded every expectation. The rooms are filled with natural light, the staff is gracious (they've won awards for being a great workplace), the residents are happy and the activities are countless. They tailor their services to meet your family's unique needs - no one size fits all. They've been accessible and a true shoulder to lean on. No one talks about how hard it is to care for aging parents, especially parents with challenging conditions - from cancer to Alzheimer's, I've dealt with it all, and I finally feel like I have a community behind me. Thank you Katy, Mandy, Maria, Mike and Brad for all you do for my mom. Don't think twice about moving your loved one into The Creekside. Best decision I've ever made for either of my parents.

I am so impressed with Creekside! My mother moved in to her Creekside apartment in the summer of 2020. Even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have taken the utmost of care and precaution to make her move-in seamless. I've had people ask me since whether I was worried that mom moved during these uncertain times. My answer is "Absolutely not!" and I feel actually better because I know she is not trying to navigate all of this alone. She has an abundance of above & beyond assistance at Creekside including safe screening policies, meal delivery if she likes, transportation options and much more. As I live out of state, I would have been very worried if she was still living on her own -- and she feels the same. The Creekside apartments are beautifully appointed and the help they give residents to move in and get oriented is top-notch. My mom had moved out of her home of 50+ years (so it was a big change!) and she continually tells me how happy she is at Creekside, how she loves the staff and all they have to offer her so she can actually relax and enjoy each day. She also has thoroughly enjoyed (safely) interacting with other residents which is a plus as seniors are currently having to isolate at every turn. This peace of mind, and again knowing the extensive safety measure they are taking to protect their residents, is why I highly recommend Creekside.

My mom lived at Creekside until her health declined and she passed away after a couple of hospital and rehab stays. She lived there for almost five years. It was a great place for her to live. She had dementia that slowly progressed while she was there. Creekside is small enough that she was able to keep a daily routine. She had lived in another retirement community in Woodinville that was also nice, but it was just too big and active for her. There is a 3rd party assisted living facility on-site (Companion Care). As my mom aged and needed more help, caregivers were there daily to help her out. I would highly recommend Creekside to anyone who wants more of a "small town" feeling facility. The staff there is very nice.

It was September 2010 when a friend who resided at The Creekside invited my wife and I to attend an afternoon social event here. We hadn't thought of moving to a retirement community but after meeting some very friendly staff members and a number of congenial residents over several glasses of wine, we decided this was the life for us! Three weeks later we had sold our mobile home and moved into a delightful and spacious two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of The Creekside Villa above the hum of traffic and overlooking a lush natural area. We were free at last -- free from shopping, cooking, washing dishes, doing household laundry and cleaning, and tending to an ever-demanding yard and garden. The Creekside apartment is truly our home but, when we step outside the door, we are in a veritable resort surrounded by a hundred new friends and attended by a staff bent on providing life's essentials enriched by activities and entertainment designed especially for an aging population of seniors. We enjoy the fact that the Villa dining room is open all day for anytime dining and open seating enables us to easily meet and dine with others. Meals are served restaurant style with menus listing several featured entrees as well as an impressive array of always available deli and salad items. My wife and I do appreciate the variety and quality of the food prepared under the direction of a professional chef and served by a cadre of usually young and energetic individuals, some working on their first jobs and others working to augment family income or to save for their education. Of course, as naturally occurs regardless of location, there have been a few minor questions, issues, and problems over the past nearly seven years. But the questions were always answered, the issues were addressed, and the problems were solved all in a timely and satisfactory manner. It's a fact of life that problems will always arise, the measure of good management is how well and quickly they are resolved. The Creekside measures up! We made the right decision to live here and we continue to enjoy our home amidst a very interesting and diverse group of senior friends. There have been teachers, a minister, an Alaskan ice truck driver, a World War II fighter pilot, commercial artists, craftsmen, a librarian, a leek farmer, a heavy equipment operator, a logger, and many others over the years. Each has a life story worth telling...and repeating. We are at home!

Well, it's been a year and it's time to reflect on our decision to move to Creekside. All our hopes, excitement and enthusiasm for the promise of a new and exciting life have been fulfilled. Every aspect of our life here has been better than expected and we couldn't be happier. Every day we are greeted by a smiling and caring staff who address us by name. They are as interested in our "chatter" as they are in our concerns, and you don't have to search out a particular person because they are all that way. We see this interaction daily and know we are/will be taken care of if needed. The food is gourmet. We have yet to cook a meal in the year we've been here. The goal of all the dining room staff is to make you happy and insure there is a entree at every meal that you will enjoy. Not only do they try, they succeed! The entertainment, the trips, and craft have such a variety that you can enjoy many events weekly. Boredom would be a choice you would have a hard time making. My mother has lived at The Creekside for almost 2 years. It's been a great fit for my Mom. It's big enough to have many options for activities, but small enough to connect with people and not get lost as she has become more disorientated. The staff has been very kind, helpful, supportive, encouraging and always has time to listen. The dinning area or restaurant as she would call it has good variety and the quality is there too! I eat there frequently with my Mom and have enjoyed all meals and desserts. Again the dinning staff is very patient, friendly and connect with the residence so they feel like they have friends. I also like the location. It's nice to walk around the buildings or over to Target or further depending on their condition. An additional benefit is having CCI in the building. They are very good at working with our individual needs with flexibility and knowledge. We've been very happy at The Creekside and my Mom feels like it's home!!!

Irene and I have been residents at Creekside for five months. We had looked at nine different places, over several months, before deciding on Creekside. There were several factors that we considered important in choosing Creekside. 1. The apartment is bright and airy with lots of closet space and a workable kitchen, though we have yet to cook a meal in it. And more importantly to Irene, each apartment has a washer and dryer. 2. The facility is warm and welcoming with fresh flowers and people doing puzzles, reading, or using the computer. There are a multitude of activities and trips so you are never bored. The dining room is open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and the menu has something for everyone. And it's GOOD, especially the soups. 3. The staff, from Julius the Executive Director to Jacob a dining room waiter, are there to help and also to share a moment or a laugh. They're family All the anxiety we had about moving to a retirement home have disappeared. We are living a full life in a wonderful community. Tom O'Hare
