I recently started at Serengeti homecare and I love it. Amazing staff and employees that treat you like family. I would recommend anyone this service not only do we go above and beyond but we treat out clients like family, give them the care and support they need. Serengeti Care is really amazing. I brought my husband home from the hospital on a Friday where he had been receiving 24 hour bedside care because of his Alzheimers and his broken neck. Bad combination. Meeting me there at my home was Jeff Mason, the General Manager, Annalee, the client coordinator and Helen, our week-end caregiver. They had the hospital bed setup and made, the raised toilet seat installed and the shower chair in the bathtub. Helen stayed 24 hours for the week-end then started 7-1 pm M-F. She is now part of our family and we love, love, love her. We could not have asked for any more than they have provided. And, I am so glad I chose to bring my husband home where I can be sure he is getting the best care. Jeff is also working with our Long Term Care insurance which is such a blessing to me.
