I woukd highly recommend Blossom Valley. They have a family environment, where the staff truly cares. The staff has all been there a very long time and that says alot. The care my Father receives is stellar. He is safe, well cared for and well fed. He loves it there and says they are all his friends and family. There is no other place I would have my family member. It truly gives me piece of mind. They all call me by name and ask about my family. They are all amazing at what they do.

Blossom Valley has been the best thing for my mom. She feels safe and valued there and the staff takes care of her like they are her own family. We (her family) feel so blessed that she has this wonderful resource and we sleep easier at night knowing she is there. I can't imagine her living anywhere else.

At this time I live in another old folks place because Blossom Valley doesnt have independent living. Thats the ONLY reason. I am a retired social worker and have worked professionally with Rhonda for years. Lately I signed legal papers that will cover me and my family in the event that I have Dementia. Trisha helped me through the paperwork in a most professional and thoughtful manner. Not only do I love and respect Rhonda, Trisha and Courtney, but I also know some of the staff and am proud to say that this is true. It is my honor to continuously recommend The Blossoms.

Doing a great job over there with a lot of staff continuity over a long period of time--very important. Always great feedback from our members and families that graduate to your facility. I dont have a personal experience other than I was almost admitted a couple of years ago when I went into the dunk tank and thought I had suffered cardiac arrest--thank God it was August!

As the General Manager for Serengeti Care (a local Home Care Service Provider), I have had the pleasure of getting to know Rhonda, Tricia and the team at Blossom Valley. They have been warm, welcoming and truly care about the residents of Blossom Valley. Ive been most impressed with their commitment to ensuring their residents are provided with excellent service, a comfortable, homey feeling you receive the minute you walk into the community as well as a friendly smile you are greeted with upon stepping through the front doors. I told you I had not reviewed blossom valley Rhonda. For personal reasons blossom valley didnt rank very high on my list of places I wanted my grandparents to live. But with my personal feelings set aside I have to admit its not that bad of a facility. The staff are very nice and are very attentive to all of my concerns about my grandpas care. His room is usually very tidy. And I appreciate the help they provide to my grandpa that makes him able to visit my grandma around the corner at blossom Creek.

Blossom Valley is amazing. My mother lived there until recently and I couldn't have been more happy with the care and love she was given. Blossom Valley Assisted Living is a wonderful community for a senior to have continued quality of life. The management and staff are very compassionate and dedicated to their residents (all). If my parents were alive- this would be my only choice for their home. The activity department, med room, dietary all are awesome. The entire staff at Blossom Valley is so caring and professional. My Grandma Beulah has lived here for 10 years and as she puts it she has trained a lot of CNA's! The creativity of the activities team is so amazing with all the public events and social outings that all contribute to an enhanced quality of life. The special people who work here are like our extended family and I really appreciate all their hard work in caring for my Grandma Beulah!

When searching for an assisted living facility for my brother, I was dismayed until I walked into Blossom Valley. I was immediately struck by the "family" feel. Other facilities had felt like hospitals or prisons! Walking into Blossom Valley was like walking into an elegant resident hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the residents. The apartments are well laid out and spacious. The food is wonderful and they keep a close watch on each person's diet. Living in a different state, I cannot visit all that often but I know that my brother is well cared for and I will be alerted if there are any concerns for his health or safety. I feel like I am visiting friends, not a facility, when I go to Blossom Valley. I want to live there myself!!!

For two years we have been involved with the care at Blossom Valley. With Blossom Valley caring for our mother we have been very pleased with their service. The staff has always been attentive and cooperative and the facilities clean and sanitary. Social events are fun with the residents offered many opportunities for various activities. Peace of mind that is what Blossom Valley gives to me. I am three hours and two mountain passes away from my 91 year old mother-in-law. Knowing that she is well cared for and in a safe place makes a difference. It's not cheap but well worth the price. I have often thought of moving her to my side of the mountain but there are too many unknowns...is she safe, are they nice to her, is she taking her medications, etc. My mom-in-law is very independent although slowing down due to dementia and she adjusted surprisingly well and rather quickly . The staff is beyond nice. They demonstrate they care and go above and beyond checking on her if she doesn't answer her phone because she doesn't hear it. The facility is clean and doesn't have that old age home feel or smell. My observation and I am there 2-3 times a month is that people are happy and well cared for. I would give Blossom Valley the highest recommendation. Thank you Team Blossom Valley (especially Patty and Rhonda)

Every single member of the staff treats not only eachother like family; but more importantly the residents as family. I worked at Blossom Valley for a little over a year; and in that short time I was blessed with incredible coworkers & residents that I still keep in touch with. I can't think of a better place where you'll find the love; respect; and family atmosphere that we all want our loved ones to have.

Blossom Valley took great care of my grandma when she needed it. The staff view and treat the residents as family and they take pride in doing their very best for them. An amazing facility and spectacular staff! They go up and beyond the call of duty from helping to find the right fit, helping with the transition to the facility (both with the new resident along with their family) and the major hurdles that come along the way. I have dropped in unannounced early morning and late night and never seen anything that raised concerns. Always a clean facility and friendly staff! Thanks for taking care of my Father!
