I'm at the end of my first month living at The Park at University Village Independent Living Community with my dog, Pepper. Best decision I ever made moving here. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new apartment. It's gorgeous! All the staff and residents are genuinely nice, friendly and caring. We have a new chef, Chef Chris, and the food is truly the best! Such a beautiful, nice, new, well-kept, friendly and active over 55 community!!!

The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from a very genuine team of caring professionals. They went above and beyond to assist me. University Village is not yet open for assisted living residents to move in, but I cannot tell you how excited I am to become a part of the Koelsch family again as soon as possible! My father spent the last two years of his life in the Koelsch family, living in the Hampton at Salmon Creek, a dedicated memory care community. While the reason for him being there was devastating, the caring staff at the Hampton was amazing and made his transitions from one life stage to another so much easier than if we'd tried to do things on our own. Now my mother is aging and needs more help. I am so thrilled that University Village will be her home where once again the incredible Koelsch team will be looking after her, giving her what she needs and giving me the peace of mind I am searching for. I am truly looking forward to the Koelsch family welcoming my mom home when she is able to move in, and I know she'll love it.
