Five stars just aren't enough when describing Golden Age Living. Lucy is an absolute angel! The care my brother has received here is above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined possible in assisted living. His every need is anticipated and cared for in a loving, tender way. My brother is a vegetarian and Lucy buys special vegetarian foods for him and prepares lovely, delicious meals. She has purchased games and encouraged him to play with another resident to help keep his mind active. She has a beautiful rose garden and takes him outside to enjoy the sunshine and beauty regularly. She has a special evening routine when she tucks him into bed each night. I could go on and on. In short, I just can't say enough good things about the wonderful experience my brother is having at Golden Age Living.

Lucy is the most compassionate and caring person we could have found for our parents. She is patient and kind and very thorough in her caregiving. Home is always clean and well kept and she treats all her residents with respect. We can tell she does this with love and we love her!

My experience at Golden Age Living has been five stars +++ since the minute I met the owner and caregiver, Lucy! She couldn't be more caring and compassionate to my brother and to each of the other "family members" blessed to be at her home!! Every area is SO clean and organized. Also such a friendly, welcoming greeting whenever I stop by to see my brother. Lucy and the staff have limitless energy and make it obvious they love each woman or man there at her beautiful home, inside and out.

Lucy (owner) and Julie (staff) provide the most energetic and and positive care environment we have encountered in the 4 separate professional facilities we've had our Grandmother in. Communication is prompt and accurate. The facilities are clean and functional. The folks at Golden Age Living are far and away the best we've seen.

You could not find a better place for your loved one. Lucy and Julie anticipate the needs of everyone in their care and show them love like a family. Lucy is the most organized and clean person we have ever met. She is a great communicator and you can rest easy knowing your loved one is getting real one on one care. We will never go back to the large, corporate retirement homes. Golden Age is home!

I am a health care worker who has worked with residents in this home. The staff here are experienced and really provide excellent care for their residents. They are professional and maintain the highest standards of care while at the same time interacting with the residents in a gentle and compassionate way. Very recommended.

Have been working with this adult family home for some time as a Registered Nurse seeing home bound Patients. The home is always clean, and the patients are well loved and cared for. I would choose this as a home for my own parents.

What a welcoming environment with a beautiful soothing patio and entrance. Lucy's home is a clean nicely decorated comfortable home. The bedrooms are nicely furnished. Lucy was welcoming, caring knowlegeable and pleasant to work with. She welcomed our entire family.

Wonderful care home. Lucy and the other staff truly take wonderful care of the residents. Its a very large how with a truly beautiful gardens and yard and comfortable, cute, and clean living space with simple but comfortable with all amenities one would need. Nice looking rooms with individual bathrooms attached for each resident, large TVs, and comfy furnishings. This is the first care place my grandma, with Parkinson's, has ever been since her health has decline that she actually liked the staff and the food. My grandma has been here several years now and they have taken excellent care of her the entire time. They make sure she is safe, clean, and well cared for. They are always accommodating of your schedule for visits most anytime within reason and they really do seem to care about each and every resident. Lucy and Golden Age Living are great and it really is a fantastic place for your loved ones.

What a wonderful experience it was for my mother and we as a family had.....Mom passed away a month ago. I can't say enough how much my mother enjoyed staying with Lucy, and the care she received, well it was home for her. The care and love that Lucy gave was exemplary.....and will never be forgotten . My mom has been at Golden Age for seven years getting the best possible care imaginable. She is loved there and lovingly cared for. Lucy and Mom laugh together every day. I'm so grateful to Lucy, to Mimi, and to Irwin (Mom started her care with Mimi and Irwin). Golden Age Living is a marvelous facility - exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. Lucy considers all of her residents as part of her family. I cannot recommend Golden Age highly enough.

My mom and step-father lived in two separate Memory Care facilities over the course of a year and a half with their very basic needs unattended to regularly. Since moving them both to Golden Age Living, we have finally found a loving, caring, professional and attentive home for each of them. Lucy worked with us consistently through their transition and continues to work with us and their respective doctors to fine tune medications and other needs to ensure their well-being. Lucy is exceptional and amazing! I'm so grateful to her for the outstanding care she provides to all of her residents. Thank you so much Lucy!

My mother stayed at Golden Age Living for about 6 weeks before she passed. I can't say enough nice things about this place. My mom transferred from a skilled nursing facility where she had a terrible time due to lack of care. She was getting depressed and sullen. After moving over to Golden Age, her mood improved immediately. She told me how much she liked her sunny room, the peace & quiet, and the food! She really enjoyed the food. It was a huge weight lifted from me, knowing that she was comfortable and well cared for by Lucy and her staff. Lucy exudes such warmth and caring. You can see it in the way she cares for, and speaks to, the residents. When I first toured the facility, I liked it immediately. It was very homey, very clean, and very peaceful. The rooms are nicely furnished, with TV and private adjoining bathroom. There is a lovely common family room for residents to visit, watch TV, or listen to music if they want to. There is also an outdoor covered patio area with grapes, roses, and hummingbirds to enjoy while sipping coffee or tea. Lucy is truly great. I highly recommend Golden Age Living if you are looking for a place for your loved one.

Our family is truly blessed to have found Lucy! Both my parents require 100% care and both have cognitive limitations. After having two not so great experiences with memory care facilities, we were about to give up when we were introduced to Lucy. She's ben nothing short of a miracle. My parents went from surviving to thriving. Lucy's care is exceptional and we are so thankful for her hard work and dedication. She's amazing!!!
