Fort Vancouver truly cares about their residents and staff. You can tell just by walking in and seeing all of the smiling faces. There is always laughter in the air and a true since of comradery between Management, staff and residents. I am very proud to be a part of this lovely community!

My Mom really enjoyed her time at FV. We as a family were so nervous for her moving after my Dad passed, but there was no choice. We were introduced to FV by a social worker after hunting for a year. The staff is amazing, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the residents are very welcoming (especially Linda!). They really do try and make it not just a place to stay, but a home for all the residences.

My mother-in-law has lived here for a little over three months, and we've been extremely happy with everything. She loves living there, the staff is helpful, kind, and communicative, and they help us with any questions or concerns promptly.

A friendly staff that tends to your needs to the best of their abilities. A variety of activities to help the residents socialize with each other. The building has been around awhile and needs a little TLC like any older building would. Overall I am enjoying the time that I spend here. It has become a good home for me.

Working at Fort Vancouver Assisted Living has been a wonderful experience. I love my co workers and residents. It definitely feels like a family environment, very warm and welcoming. I love being able to participate in the activities they put on for the residents and being able to spend that extra time with them.

The residence and staff make the difference here at FVAL. We celebrate together, we laugh together and sometimes we share tears together. Furthermore, FVAL is a place where the Wow experience shines, festive holiday decore and celebrations, community discussions catered with coffee & donuts and Soo much more. I have worked at Fort Vancouver for almost 3 years and this is hands down the best place I have worked. The staff are kind and truly care for all our residents. Management has always been there for me if I have a question or need advise. I am very happy to be working here.
