9/21 Denisa has thoughtful and evenhanded COVID protocols which have allowed her to keep this home COVID free for over two years. As family, we are required to make appointments and wear masks and we appreciate it. We know we keep our loved one safe and keep the other residents safe too. When the state and local health authorities say it is OK to relax protocols, Denisa relaxes too. Members of the family visit and take our loved one out for dinner and other activities when it is safe. Sometimes the residents do not understand or remember why these protocols are in place, and Denisa routinely reminds residents and visitors why these protections are important. These residents are not being held hostage as Janis claims. They are protected and are protecting their fellow residents. We expect to follow the rules and expect others to follow them too. We find it easy and satisfying to work with Denisa and Alex.

4/9/21 Deneice who owns this home is not allowing her residents the privilege of going to church and we can only visit by appt and even if there is no other visitor in the home she would not let me visit my friend who I have not visited over a year. My friend does not have family and I feel the residents are being held hostage even though they have all had their vaccine and we all wear masks. They do not have devotional services on or off site, no beautician onsite, and again they would not let my friend come out to the outside common area to visit. To whom should I report this.
