When visiting the facility I couldn't help but notice how friendly the staff is. They truly went above and beyond my expectations from the smiles and conversations that made you feel right at home. The marketing team was absolutely amazing and willing to answer any and all questions I could come up with. If for any reason they could not answer a question they made sure to find out the answer and get back to me in a timly manor. Which if I am completely honest only happened once because their knowledge was above parr. I highly recommend if your looking for a loving, caring facility that your loved ones are treated like family, that you check this place out.

I love love love the staff at Cascade! Ive worked with Nicole and team for a couple of years, and they are professional, compassionate, and put families and residents first.The atmosphere is great to walk into - residents are happy and engaged - I recommend Cascade Inn very highly to anyone who is looking for Independent Living or Assisted Living for themselves or their loved ones.

This is not my first assisted living community but it is by far the most superior and best. Excellent friendly cordial staff very helpful management and good food. I cant say enough about how nice this place is!

I have house keeping once a week, they do my laundry and serve me 3 good meals a day and there are nurses around the clock that manage my prescriptions for me, what is not to like, oh I am on the bean bag baseball team and I have turned into a dime bingo addict. I have been here for 7 years and this December it will be 8! Great place to live

Very receptive to requests for helping my father. My dad is not really happy with the food as there are a lot of chicken dishes and also a good deal of pasta and he doesnt care for pasta so he doesnt always eat as he should. We have purchased TV dinners for his use when he doesnt get enough that he can eat at meals provided. The facility is clean, the nurses are good with my 103 year old father and we are thankful for them.

Our mother is at Cascade Inn and has been there over 6 years. She was in a singing group called the Marshallaires before going into Cascade and with them she went to a lot of assisted living facilities to perform. So she knew where she wanted to go. Is it perfect? No. But it has been very good for her and us.

I have had the pleaseure of working with Cascade Inn for the past two years in helping families choose a family oriented and safe environment. There are quite a few amazing Veterans living in Cascade Inn giving the retired vets their own group to commisurate with. I also love the fact that it is centrally located in Vancouver making it easily accesible for families.

Our apartment is generally well planned for seniors except of course for the tall cabinets and clothes pole that are a problem for wheelchair users. The food is healthy and well served-but not inspired. The care givers are very supportive and friendly but a bit rushed. The place is kept very clean and the air is fresh. The gardens are lovely and well tended, and attract birds and squirrels. The pet policy is reasonable and we have our cat and dog with us and walking the dog is easy with quiet streets very near. We are enjoying the activities despite the Covid restrictions, as the activities directors are quite creative.

My mother Betty Seekman lives there. We have a small family and I am the only living able son. I thank God that they are able to take care of my sweet mother and understand the payment situations. Otherwise we would have a horrible situation. I know I am very thankful for Cascade Inn.
