I transferred from Brookdale Orchards where I was there 9 yrs 3 months to Brookdale Fishers Landing. I am so very Happy I did!! I love caring for the residents. We have A GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM!!

My experience working for Brookdale Fishers Landing has been the best of my entire career 🙂 The associate training is amazing!! From my previous experience managing buildings, I never knew what I would be walking into, usually Id get tossed in and it was either sink or swim. This was definitely not my experience the 1st day working at Brookdale Fishers Landing : ) The divisional leadership is attentive, and compassionate to all of the associates, residents and families. During COVID pandemic, Brookdale ensured we had PPE to care for our residents, we never went without. Our residents are amazing and kind! Ive learned so much from them and they make it fun to come into work every day. The associates are dedicated and eager to learn; we have many associates that have been with this community from 5 yrs on up to 20 yrs! I feel very lucky to be part of this beautiful community full of awesomeness : )

The care level here is better than what we experienced in Texas. No place is perfect. Any mistakes have.been adequately addressed and with a positive, helpful attitude. Hard working staff!

I was associated with the old Brookdale in Orchards. Now associated with Brookdale Fishers Landing. The difference I see is that at Fishers landing is that they move at a faster pace, show more immediate concern and follow through with greater urgency and expertise. Its a more smooth operation. The people who work there are all sweet and knowledgeable. The staff rocks. I am in no way saying Orchards is bad. Fishers Landing is just a more thorough kind of good

Brookdale Fishers Landing Assisted Living is a cozy, intimate retirement community that offers good food, a variety of social activities and wonderful 24, 7 nursing care.
