I'm so grateful for Shannon and Kristina, their support and compassion is Amazing. My parents have stayed in their home as long as they could. During this transition, Shannon and Kristina have provided information and listened to my parents desires. My Mom and Dad have been married for 61 years and get to stay together no matter what level of care they may need. I'm grateful for the Bonaventure Team and look forward to partnering with them in providing care for my parents.

Writing this review under the point of view from a previous employee. I have worked at Bonaventure (memory care) for almost two years. I have crossed paths with many different coworkers, there is a good reason for this. The memory care director Jasmine Juardo, has gone above and beyond to improve MC from the ground up. Before Jasmine, MC was not reaching its full potential. It was her vision to make the atmosphere full of strength, beauty, love, cleanliness, and compassion. Jasmine did exactly that. I mentioned that I have crossed paths with different working individuals, this is because Jasmine has hand picked staff that are loving, guided, and genuine. It is incredibly important to have the right kind of staff to care for these residents. I recently left Bonaventure to continue my career as becoming a nurse. Thanks to the encouragement and skills I have received from Jasmine (MCD) and Nicole James (RN).

My dad is here in assisted living. Amer is a great reason to be here. He is the most compassionate person and so helpful. He has helped me navigate things here for my dad. He even suggested getting him pt to come here... and they do. He is a wonderful addition to the already great staff.

I worked here for about 2 years. It's a hard job. Any healthcare job is hard, but Amer and Jasmine were amazing to work with. They care about all the residents as if they were family members. I will always miss my residents and I have some really good memories here. I'm very grateful to have met the people I did here.

Think twice before putting your loved one at Bonaventure. When you think your loved one is getting the care you are paying for, know this care doesn't always get done! Care plans are not updated and there is no tracking of what care has been completed on a daily basis.

After spending several months in the facility with my mom recovering from a stroke I had a up close everyday view of how the people work there. For the most part the CNAs are outstanding is they're just woefully short of staff. I suspect the pay is not competitive. Is the high turnover of CNAs. The food I can say is was pretty bad very few options for vegetarians unimaginative menu a lot of chicken dishes and a lot of sandwiches for the amount of money this place charges the dining experience is less than exhilarating.

Amer Ahmed/Senior Living Director - this gentleman has made all the difference for my parents. The extra care, attention and passion for his work really shows. Thank you so much Amer!

In the hardest time of things going on in the world, the staff keeps a smile on their face and do things to encourage others. I see diligent workers who still come in tough situations and make their clients smile. The place is beautiful and it's always clean. Keep doing the good work and never let the negative comments get you down. You're the light in most peoples darkest place. Amer, you are Mom's Angel! You are hopping busy and I know my Mom sings your praises.

My review is from a different perspective. It's hard to read the reviews that are low rated. I am not trying to take away from any of the families that made the lower star ratings on this website by making this review. I was wanting to get out of the house and do something different than I have ever done before and I chose this home to apply to. Sadly, physically I could not do this job (kitchen). Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and very sweet to me. The residents were all A+. Everyone was welcoming. The home is short staffed but the employees there work extra hard and some work double shifts. It is not easy to do this kind of work (especially wearing a N95 mask and face shield)...plus your uniform. You have no idea (until you have done it or witnessed it in person) how many hats just 1 employee can wear in a home such as this. I also noticed this is the cleanest home I have ever stepped into. Hopefully, they will be able to fill their positions soon and things will flow better. I wish I could have done the job, because I really did enjoy conversing with the residents and staff

I went for a tour of this beautiful facility! Hannah was very pleasant. I was not qualified to move in but Hannah gave me some information about other facilities and she went above and beyond by calling me a week later to check up and see how my search was going! Her thoughtful act was greatly appreciated!
