Aventine has an exceptional Manager - Melanie and Leasing Agent - Shelby. Any questions or issues a tenant has in Aventine are addressed as soon as possible. They make sure to gather all the facts before taking action. Aventine has an amazing team. Melanie, Shelby and Shawn are all a great asset for Aventine. The Maintenance Director - Shawn is absolutely outstanding at fixing and maintaining Aventine apartments and common area’s with his knowledge and skills. He takes his job very serious and has great pride in his work. Thank you Aventine Team for all you do.

I came and had a tour with Shelby and she was the best!!!! So nice and friendly has a warm smile when we walked in and always so respectful! Now the property isn’t for us since it’s a bit far from my job. but they are some great apartments. The property is great. I love the front staff. I am gonna keep them for future reference when I start looking again for an apartment. Again thank you Shelby for all your kind words and help!!!

I live at Aventine At Vancouver and I like it here. I like the fact that I don’t have to live on the ground floor. I am able to get above ground level and go about my duties and not be restricted. Still haven’t bumped into anyone in the laundry room and washers have always available. There are provisions for ADA. Most who live here are active adults. The staff are very helpful and I love the coffee mid morning. When I compared the Aventine to similar apartments, Aventine won hands down, because of the good feeling and trust that been returned. The Aventine staff are professionals who take good care of the apartments and the grounds. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will enjoy the time I am here!

Not only is Shawn the best maintenance person we've ever had, he's the best maintenance person I've had at any apartment complex I've lived at prior to here! He is hard at work from the time he steps on to the property to the time he leaves, and always goes above and beyond for us residents!! To put it simply: HE IS AMAZING!! **I truly hope corporate aka upper management knows how lucky we all are to have him and keeps him around for a very, very long time. - DON'T LOSE THIS ONE! HE IS A GEM!!!! ** Active Living doesn't mean we don't need or appreciate people who show they care, especially when it comes to people employed by the property we live at. If anything, we need it MORE than most under 55. - Shawn and Melanie both truly care for the residents here and it shows. Yes, they are both limited by what corporate allows, and residents need to understand that. However, they both go above and beyond. And it is very appreciated by many of us here!!

We visited the facility with a family member who is interested in senior living options. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff members. We had a comprehensive discussion about the community's offerings, during which we felt no pressure, and everyone was very accommodating. We took a guided tour of the community and observed that the residents appeared happy and satisfied, which helped make our senior family member feel comfortable. All of our questions were addressed satisfactorily, and we left our initial visit very pleased with the experience.

I moved to Aventine at Vancouver 6 months ago. The place is very nice. All in perfect conditions. All new appliances, High ceilings and plenty of storage. The common areas are very nice too, with nice furniture and very nice balcony. Parking is very is very continent around the buildings. Also the location is great, with all shopping at very close distance. I strongly recommend it.

I started the process of looking for an apartment suitable for a senior person last October in 2024. After I met the property manager Bridget, I was pretty sure this is the place. Bridget was very thoughtful and considerate about my requirements. She gave me a tour about the building. The units are very clean, quite, specious and equips well for senior people as it was a senior living community prior. It even has elevator which is a must for our need. I strongly recommend this complex, specially for Senior person. Thank you Bridget and team for the efforts to make the place friendly and supportive during the process.

Pacifica Senior Living in Vancouver has exceeded my expectations. From friendly staff, to yummy meals, to the executive leadership, they have made my job as a caregiver easier and have really put my mind at ease. They are taking exceptional care of my almost 80 year old mother. Pacifica Senior Living in Vancouver is a real family environment and home. My mom living, thriving, and loving her life. My brother and I were referred to Pacifica by A Place for Mom. From the very beginning our interactions with the staff were amazing. We spoke to a total of 6 other facilities trying to find the right fit for our parents and none of our interactions compared to those we found at Pacifica. We both live out of state but Abigail went above and beyond to give us virtual tour of the place about a month ago. She also spent time just getting to know us and our parents. This week we had the opportunity to travel up here and see the place for ourself. It is wonderful...we spent an hour eating lunch with the residents and they all praised their experience there. The residents seemed to have a strong sense of belonging and the place had a village feel about it. The food was good, the energy is wonderful, the amenities, accommodations and level of support on point. The staff and director are very engaged with the residents. We left there counting down the years before WE could stay in such a great place! Though our parents can not make the transition yet, I hope that Pacifica becomes their next home one day. Highly recommend!

While searching for an assisted-living facility for a family member, I called Pacifica Senior Living Vancouver to see if it would be a good fit. I was fortunate to be connected with Ann Whitlock, the director of marketing. In addition to giving me the information I needed, she also told me about a particular program that I hadn't heard about, but appears to be ideal for my relative. I am greatly indebted to her. If the rest of the staff is as thoughtful, concerned, and generous as she is, the residents are in excellent hands.

As a person who has worked as a caregiver/med aid for the last 20 years I can honestly say that not 1 assisted living facility is 100% perfect, with that being said I believe what makes a good facility is the love and level of care the residents receive . I personally know that the new ED cares deeply about the residents and makes effort make sure she has a cohesive and compassionate team. Is there still room for improvement? We are a small family orientated community. Our connection to one another is tight, just like a family. We greet with open arms and look forward to growing our family. We are not like most facilities. As a quaint smaller facility, we do not have to walk long stretches to engage activities or meals. We just walk right out our apartment and we are right there. Ready to take part in the happenings at Pacifica. I have been in the senior community over 18 years and let me tell you i love the small setting. We are more interactive with the residents which helps create the bond that sets our family friendly facility apart from other facilities.

The care and customer service we receive at Pacifica Senior Living has been exceptional. From the moment we met with Rachel to last week when we called for a special request for Mother's Day, we have always felt taken care of and any concerns addressed. My mother can't be home, but this is a place that can provide for her while also being affordable. It gives us great comfort that Pacifica accepts Medicaid so if she runs out of money, she won't have to move. It's truly a blessing for our family.
