Mariblu Southcenter has to be the standard for senior living. I just renewed for a third year which is quite remarkable considering that I originally expected to live here only a year. The staff at Mariblu is excellent. Maggie, Mohammad, and Mashayla are helpful when needed and are always friendly and welcoming. The activities director is the staff member the residents most interact with and Mashayla is particularly adept at her position. I don't think there could be found anyone more suited for the job as her. She is one bright light! So, five stars for Mariblu. I would definitely recommend to family and friends if/when any of them desired to move into a 55+ community.

I toured this community when I was 53 and knew that 1 day, I'd chose this as my home. Every consideration for comfort and ease was implemented into the interior design. The management team, the maintenance team, the cleaning staff are excellent at what they do and they always do it with a smile. Very professional, efficient and considerate. The residents are diverse, friendly and have an appreciation for a drama free environment and a zest for life. The appliances, to include washer and dryers, are more upscale than most rentals. The activity director makes sure every months calendar is filled with options. If you are ready for adult living, comfort, and in an area that is surrounded by restaurants and shopping, Mariblu is a must.

Nisveta Kornegay I am enjoying staying at -Mariblu Southcenter so far and I have been impressed by everything ever since initially touring the property. A big Thanks goes to Mohammad The whole team is awesome  Maggie, Kathryn, thank you  I truly believe anyone who lives in this building will not be disappointed. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional and informative. The building itself is stunning with well planned layouts and beautiful finishes. I am truly happy Staying at Mariblu. It's Convenient the location is close to tons of great spots around which is great  MY positive reviews I gave is for, Mariblu 100% and I recommend anyone to move here. I'm kinda shocked when someone says it's not safe area , or they are not - satisfied with the unit amenities and community location?? WHATTTT The world is no longer a safe place - There's - NOWHERE REALLY SAFE You will hear gun shots, stealing, and you will see homeless people anywhere you go in this world I'm not surprised by anything any more. There is no system as perfect and crime can happen anywhere at anytime.

The lady who answered the phone does not have any communication skills at all! When she asked me the criteria for getting an apartment all she said was 'so sorry' and kept quiet. Atleast communicate properly.

HATS OFF TO MOHAMMAD! MARIBLU SOUTHCENTER A CLASSY LOOKING PROPERTY, OUR COMMUNITY! I LOVE LIVING AT OUR COMMUNITY! Mohammad, our Assistant Property Manager, a caring, supportive to all residents, dependable, trustworthy, and my go-to person. Likewise, and keep in mind, he has an open door policy to all residents. Walk by his office, he will give a smile and wave at you even when he is busy on the phone. That's how friendly and courteous he is with everyone. I have been a resident of our community for almost a year now, and love my home, neighbors, and friends. I feel safe with peace of mind. I have no intention of moving anywhere else as Mariblu SouthCenter is my home. As we all know, these days, there is no such place as perfect place but Mohammad is keeping our community a safe place to live in. Let us-Mariblu SC residents make our community a safe place to live with class and level up! Once again, GREAT JOB, Mohammad! Lastly, kudos to our Maintenance Team - Blake and Jeneba for fast and efficient with all our maintenance requests. THANK YOU MARIBLU SOUTHCENTER TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE. Not sure about this place, parking garage is not safe and your car & bikes can get stolen, homeless nearby and dog owners does not know how to pick up after their dog feces. Some tennants are smokers and the smoke linggers in the elevator. Strong smell like marijuana too! Not satisfied, mentioned to management several times, but nothing has been solved. Some reviews are not what they are. Pricey for what you get.

Great Community! Management and Maintenance is Awesome! They really care about the Residents and the Building. Everyone you meet makes you feel welcome, comfortable and at home here. My heartfelt "THANK YOU" to the Mariblu Southcenter Team for doing an excellent job! Team Maggie, Mohammad, Kathryn, and Mitan-You are all amazing! I am a new resident and very happy here that I can call Mariblu Southcenter as my "NEW HOME". The atmosphere/living environment is very clean, comfortable, quite, well-made, and definitely secure living. Love living here! Here's my story to tell --- I have inquired online and on the next day, I have received a call from Mohammad. I was surprised to receive such a quick turn around response time from the Team and had offered if I would be interested to do a walk through. This is a plus and glad that I did it. The application/approval process was extremely fast. I was impressed about the expeditious handling of my lease application. Thank you, Kathryn who assisted me with the application. My first walk through with Maggie & the 2nd pre move-in walk through with Mohammad, both of them are very knowledgeable, tolerant with my repetitive questions, and they made me feel comfortable. These two have great "PEOPLE SKILLS" and that is for sure! Two Thumbs Up!!! The move-in process was very smooth! Inside of a brand-new place... a warm welcoming gift was waiting for me. Thank you, Team! It was very much appreciated! Lastly, the Maintenance Team, they are very respectful and super duper fast! Thank you for keeping the property nice and clean! To Team Maggie, Mohammad, Kathry, Mitan, and the Maintenance Team - you are all amazing for making this community feel like home! Keep it up! Living at Marvelle is a super, duper beautiful experience. Going into my 3rd year, at Marvelle/Mariblu has not disappointed me. The residents are not just friends, but more like FAMILY. Everyone helps each other. There are monthly activities, never a dull moment. Come take a tour of this beautiful property. I and my husband just became new residents of these apartments, my first impression started as we were about to enter the building, the door was securely lock, and speaker was working perfectly, we had been to others with this same security , but the voices came out sounding like peanuts mom!, we both were really happy about this amenity, also the young man at the front desk was very friendly while being professional! The leasing agent was a very patient and knowledgeable young lady. Everything else was considered by us icing on the cake! We’re sure we will enjoy living here. Come see what great customer service looks like in action! Love our new place!

With Covid-19 it is hard to really evaluate fully, and accurately. What I am able to say is that Marvelle seems to be making small, incremental adjustments so the residents can feel more inclusive, as a collective and community. I hope that it only gets bit-by-bit better in our Covid world so we can all meet, enjoy each others company and become the community I believe Greystar, Marvelle envisioned. In our somewhat polarized existence (between Covid and Politics) community is so important to everyones mental health.

No complains whatsoever and above all, such great staff and professionalism in the place, I would like to thank Pam McFadden for taking the time to show us around the beautiful vicinity and made it clear of all the information we needed to know. Everything about this place is a 5 star from Amenities to Units, you will not regret. I do apologize it didnt work out for us. But just wanted to leave a review on how much I appreciated the tour and information I got, I will definetly come back if its something Im looking for in the future for myself or reccomend some close friends. If youre a 55+ adult seeking a community of active, energetic and like minded adults, do yourself a favor and consider Marvelle at Southcenter, youll thank me. Looking to simply life while remaining active and engaged, my Mom sold her home and leased a unit at Marvelle Southcenter. And from the very first day she walked through the doors at this brand new and wonderfully decorated and adorned building, shes never looked back. And not only does she love her brand new home she also loves the staff at Marvelle at Southcenter, all of whom have gone out of their way to welcome her and help her both move in and settle into her new home. Another big and attractive feature Marvelle at Southcenter offers its residents, at no additional cost, is a daily activity calendar of one to two activities daily. Thus far the activities include such things as Chef demonstrations, a live jazz musician performing exclusively for residents, a catered food truck offering all residents lunch of their choice, flower arranging event, scavenger hunts an in house yoga class and many many more. I could go on and on but Ill not and Ill close by simply saying you MUST give Marvelle at Southcenter honest and thorough consideration, theyre worth it!

Marvelle Southcenter is a beautiful place to live. Its in a very convenient location - Westfield Mall, Costco, all kinds of shopping and the SEATAC Airport. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are very professional, kind and caring. They ensure the residents are very well taken care of. The amenities are upscale and amazing. You know they have put a lot of thought and energy in everything they have done. From the Superbowl party with pizza and wings, the steak dinner for Valentines Day, to the happy hours, taco bar, continental breakfasts to the beautiful gym and yoga. I cannot say enough about all of the opportunities they provide for the residents. You know you are home when you sleep really well. Thank you Marvelle Southcenter for a wonderful experience.

First off let me start by telling you the truth, the Whole truth, so help me God, after moving here from the West Coast and living here now for 5 years, Ive lived in at least two different residents, and the last residence ended like a BAD DIVORCE!!!!. Moving to the Marvel Apartment was like a Fresh Start, a new lease on life!!!!!!! If your looking for a Place to stay were you have RESPECTABLE NEIGHBORS then this is the place for you. But at the same time,if your not a Quite and Respectable Person then by all means DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Now Pam, and Maggie are by far the most INCREDIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM, Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with, there both like, what I would consider, THE DYNAMIC DUEL TODAYS SUPER WOMEN Thank you PAM, and MAGGIE LUV U BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!
