An fast move even in the rain! My back door opened to parking lot & everything went right in easy ! Betty has been friendly & fantastic upon my first contact with her! She was diligent in communicating during the application process & she responded promptly to any email or phone call. The apt.finishes are contemporary & of high quality! I love how the layout is set up; big kitchen w/lots of storage & dishwasher, cozy living room, & spacious bedroom w/a bathroom able to accommodate any future "Senior needs"; walk-in shower w/bench & grab bars , large vanity w/one -handle faucet, & eco-friendly low-flow toilet w/grab bars. I am excited to meet my new neighbors, attend an activity or community event, & enjoy having my family visit! (close to freeway &Tacoma Mall w/lots of dining & shopping options in the area) UPDATE: I love it here ! Everyone has been so warm & welcoming ! The residents here are very active; whether it's leading a monthly Happy Birthday celebration with cake & icecream, having a delicious potluck/Bbq meal during a Holiday event or tending to the Community Garden there is always something to do ! The local community also has been welcoming; from having a Senior fair with local organizations such as ; the YMCA, Dispatch Health by Multicare, & the Senior Farmers Market . Everyone was full of swag goodies & lots of information. We even had a public healthcare event; each resident received a fan with an air filter attached to reduce exposure to allergens & contaminants by having windows kept open. Vintage @ Tacoma is warm & welcoming to all! I definitely feel as if I made the right choice in choosing them as my new home ! I hear there are open houses each weekend & plenty of vacancies at the moment; come check them out & make Vintage your new home! You'll be glad you did!

I have been here for over 5 years now and I have to say management has definitely improved. It still takes a while to get things repaired/replaced, but it's a big building. My only complaints are minor ones. I really wish they would utilize email or text messaging more when communicating with residents. The last inspection they performed I only found out about when the team knocked on the door as they arrived to perform it! A note had been left on my door but since I hadn't gone out for a few days, I didn't know it was there. Otherwise, no real complaints.

My freezer had broken again and I lost a whole bunch of food and this time Cameron went ahead and pulled out a refrigerator freezer from another apartment brought it down and I've had no problem since and I'm very grateful for this because I've lost so much food which adds up to a lot of money because of the freezer door constantly opening on its own and they have been really good about replacing light bulbs or circuits or whatever I mean they've been really really good I'm really impressed and they've really been trying hard to pick up the pieces after the last management was here I'm impressed and I'm happy with the way they're running this place now they've got a good team which makes them work well and help us out so much more thank you this would really be a good place to move to There's a lot of apartments available too so that's something to look into anyway by

It was o.k. move. For a MGR and leasing agent both out for a month Iam sure that impacted my move. The ladys filling in did an awesome job in getting things squared away for my move in. The apartment is nice. I was told the parking was not reserved and open to all. But that's not true there are people that had reserved parking but at some point was changed to not be a reserved parking. This is a huge mess. First for the people that had reserved parking and then for us new residents its hard to find parking beings there's cones on reserved spots. Why I don't know when they said it's not reserved. This is a huge mess. Just moving in the MGR said I can park in any open space. But other residents are getting upset when the new residents park in there spot. Which if it was me I would be upset to. But again according the the MGR she still states it an open parking lot. This is a mess and creates tention between the old residents and now the incoming residents. Hopefully the MGR will correct this mess soon beings parking has very limited spaces. Thank you

Cameron replaced the overhead light bulb in my bathroom because it went out again. He was here the day after I placed a work order. He also checked the vanity bulbs when I told him one of them would often flicker. He found the culprit and replaced those bulbs. I truly appreciate the rapid response. Thanks Cameron!

Lael West I have been putting in work orders in fot over 2 1/2 years on my outlets not working and my dishwasher not locking all the time was her and dryer not working right and then about five weeks ago the to Fire department had to break my door so they could get me help I told the office and they rsaid they will not be able to get to it right away my caregiver was there and heard the same thing please do not think about moving h
