I tell you we have the best maintenance men working here. There fast, efficient, very kind. I hope they stay here for a long time. Unless they find a higher paying job I would understand. I don't think they could get paid enough anywhere for there excellent work orders they complete. A big thank you to Jesus's and Jason.

The improvements in the billiard room are greatly appreciated and are being used more often now. The new bridges are great. We heard a rumor that recovering the tables might be in the future. They sure need it. The billiards room gets more use in the cooler months so having it closed this summer for the job would make sense. Just thought! Ron Amos, Apt 215

My freezer had broken again and I lost a whole bunch of food and this time Cameron went ahead and pulled out a refrigerator freezer from another apartment brought it down and I've had no problem since and I'm very grateful for this because I've lost so much food which adds up to a lot of money because of the freezer door constantly opening on its own and they have been really good about replacing light bulbs or circuits or whatever I mean they've been really really good I'm really impressed and they've really been trying hard to pick up the pieces after the last management was here I'm impressed and I'm happy with the way they're running this place now they've got a good team which makes them work well and help us out so much more thank you this would really be a good place to move to There's a lot of apartments available too so that's something to look into anyway bye

It,s taken a while,but vintage at tacoma apartments is really trying hard to work with 230 different ideas on how things could be handl ed.A really different experience for all of residents(including me)to really understand what comprimises we all try to deal with in a rather large community.

The main elevator has been out of order since May. Not sure what the hold up is since it’s never taken this long before. I haven’t been down to check my mail for weeks since it’s quite a trek for a person with mobility issues (me) to utilize one of the other elevators for just that purpose. At least there has not been a rent increase this yearso far. The gated entrance to the fenced parking lot seems to be stuck in the open position and has been for weeks. Visitors have been parking in the fire lanes especially on weekends when there’s no management in the building. Not really the safe environment it’s advertised as. I don’t go out much anymore.

Hanna was so patient and helpful with me. She really went over and above to help me with the things I didn’t understand or was having trouble with when filling out the application. She was so calm and understanding and made both my grandson and myself feel very comfortable. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and appreciate her positive attitude during the process. I am looking forward to moving into this new apartment.

UPDATE: My account has been corrected, and it now has a small credit balance. Thank you for following up and keeping your word, Jennifer. I really am appreciative of that! ======================================= Every month I get a notice on my door that I owe different amounts in fees!! Why am I being cheated?? I pay my rent every single month, and I was told by Jennifer that my account was fine when I paid my April rent, along with additional fees that she could not explain.. Yet I received another notice that I owe over $100 in fees, a few days ago. Jennifer has my Domuso account locked until I pay the fees so I have been unable to pay my rent separate from the fees. I have NEVER been so stressed as I am now by Jennifer and her cheating tactics. I have been unable to pay my utilities due to these fees too. it’s becoming too expensive to live at Vintage with all the fees.

The office staff and maintenance staff do all they can and do a good job with the authority they have. Outlets on two walls in my spare bedroom still do not work. I'm still waiting for my kitchen faucet to be replaced--it was first reported when I moved in 14 months ago.

The New Mangement Team of Elizabeth, Briaa, Bree have made many positive changes! Added a Maintenance Manager to support Jesus, Provide Minutes after Town Hall Meetings, All Doors are secured, Cleaning Staff to vacuum hallways, and Cleaning bathrooms, addressing tenant complaints, update posts on the electric calendar, participate with Social Events, and much more! The parking lot South side has 2 broken down cars parked since I moved in July 2024. There are not enough parking spaces. I bought a orange traffic come to save my space and it was stolen 2 days after I put it out.

I can honestly say that now there is new management things are starting to look good. Since we moved in, in 2021 our experience has sucked with this place. Unruly people, people threatening other people, the place looking disgusting, dogs using the elevator for a bathroom and owners not cleaning it up, unruly dogs besides their owners and me not wanting to leave my apartment. This place just gives me the shakes and I don’t feel safe here. The police are here all the time and when you don’t feel safe here and then the police are here, you just don’t feel safe. Then you have people sneaking in at night sleeping in the stairwells or the social room, or the craft room or bathrooms; it just doesn’t feel safe for me. I have high anxiety so with these things going on it sets my anxiety off. Hopefully, management can get this issue somewhat resolved. I think a security person at night is what this place needs.

The office staff was very professional, friendly, and did everything they could to help me with answering questions about the apartment and the facilities. I want to bring your attention to the following issue regarding our apartment: The interior of our apartment is satisfactory, but it tends to be excessively warm even during winter. Additionally, we have noticed a strong smell of marijuana/cigarette smoke outside (near the elevator on the right side entrance), which permeates into our apartment even when the windows are closed.

Lael West I have been putting in work orders in fot over 2 1/2 years on my outlets not working and my dishwasher not locking all the time was her and dryer not working right and then about five weeks ago the to Fire department had to break my door so they could get me help I told the office and they rsaid they will not be able to get to it right away my caregiver was there and heard the same thing please do not think about moving here

Jesus' was awesome. He came the very next day. The lady in the office on the phone couldn't even give me an estimate of how long my wait would be. I asked days, weeks, months? She said yes it could be months.

My floor covering is completed. Just want to report that the hole in the old floor covering was caused by an ever increasing hole in the floor underneath the old covering. No one looked at the hole in the floor at all. The new floor covering was installed on top of the old covering. So it is highly likely that this new covering may end up with a hole in it just like the old floor since the actual hole in the floor was never looked at. But for now, I am satisfied. I no longer have to worry about tripping on the floor covering---at least for now. Just wanted to report that it may once again become a problem in the future. If it does, I will be sure to report it. Also, some of the adhesive used to hold the new flooring in place got on my bathroom counter and will not come off. I've attached a photo.

I love this place. Karleah in the office is amazing. These apartments are extremely affordable for seniors while still offering desirable amenities like a washer and dryer! They have bingo nights and penny poker nights. They do holiday parties for the community as well. I’m contracted with Dshs and have moved several of my clients in to this building and they have all been very happy here. Thankful for this gem!
