This is a beautiful place very light and bright. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They greeted the people there with smiles and kind words.

My mother in law has been living here for 6 months now, and she regularly tells me that she's the happiest she's been, since losing her husband 12 years ago. The facility is always clean, there are lots of activities, outings, errand runs and get together for residents. There's a great chef here, and we regularly come in to enjoy meals with her at no extra charge. The kitchen is very accommodating to each persons preferences. The only downside I see here is that there's a lot of turnover of employees, and the main doors lock from the outside at 6pm and they do not provide keys, so getting back in after that can take a long time.

Very sloppy work in there. No one takes responsibility for anything. Care is sub par, as rooms are dirty, I mean really dirty, communication from staff is non existent. Makes me wonder how my family member is being taken care of. If your family member has special needs because of dementia or alzheimers...do not go here. They will just be left on their own.

We've had a great experience with Judy and The Villages in Tacoma. The intake and executive teams are knowledgeable, kind, and have gone above and beyond to help accommodate their clients and families. We also appreciate their willingness to work with our clients who are on a fixed income or have a limited budget.

Working at the village for about 4 years you see a lot. Having the ability to connect with the residents and have them comfortable under not only my care but the staff under me as well, from medical to personal reasons we want our residents to feel safe and secure within our community to talk with us and allow us to assist them within their needs.
