My husband was here 1year until he passed and had the best care. They make you feel like family. Now I'm living here, i love it. So many things to do places to see. Staff knows you and meets all your needs. Id recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for their parents or themselves. You'll love it.

Great place for mom. She loves her space, she’s close to what she needs and to us. We just hope we can continue to have her here. The rent increase was, in our opinion, extremely excessive to the point where we are concerned about affordability. I can understand an increase due to Covid-19, but $300 a month more is unreasonable.

The best decision I made in recent years was to sell my condo and move to Brookdale. It took me awhile to adjust, but after settling in I realized this was a wonderful way to live. I have made many great friends and enjoy this way of living. Its a great way of life. Thanks to all the special staff.

Ive been living here for two years in August. I have a super corner room with lots of windows and light. I look out onto a green belt of trees, there is a small balcony. The staff is super, very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I feel confident and safe here. The food is very good and our chefs are creative with our meals. The dining and kitchen staff are great. We have very creative activities all through out the year. We have a library with lots of books, fiction and non-fiction and fireplace to relax in front of.

Staff always cheerful and helpful and doing an excellent job of keeping the residents and help safe during the Pandemic. The kitchen staff is cooperative and accommodating residents menu wishes and dietary needs. The outside grounds are beautifully kept and the interior is all well kept and clean.

This place is really nice. The residents seem happy and extremely well cared for. The staff seems genuinely dedicated and caring toward the residents. I enjoyed my visit there very much.

The facility is OK. The kitchen and some of their kitchen staff atr terrible! Half the time they dont have what is on the menu and instead of telling you they just plop other stuff on your plate. There are 3 gals in the kitchen that are soo kind but then there are a few that are so rude to the residents! Roll their eyes and ignore them. I would not let my family member live here...

My wife and I were looking for a place for both of us so we could stay together and my kids found this place. They had an available 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for when we wanted to move in, and it was the nicest place any of us had seen, so we took it. The staff is easy to communicate with and they seem to know what theyre doing. They keep the facility pretty clean as well. Theres plenty of food but its institutional food. Its heavy on the grease, the menu is inconsistent from day to day, but if you dont like what theyre serving or whats on the menu then you can order a sandwich. The issue that Ive had since being here, though, is with the billing department. I got a bill one day, which I paid immediately, and then a week or so later I got another bill from them saying I was late in my payment and that they would be charging me a late fee. Theyve since rectified this.

My mother was at the Brookdale Stanwood for about 6 months and loved it. They had a lot of activities available at all times and very good food. We were very pleased with the experience she had with this place.
