This place is amazing! There was such peace of mind knowing he was well cared for in every aspect of his daily life. For my dad's last days, he lived in this beautiful resort. What impressed me most was the fact that the staff knew everyone's name and treated residents with such respect and dignity. He was mad we moved him at first but after a couple weeks he was so happy. He loved the food and the assistance to get to the dining room. He had dementia and was confused about the route. Each meal a caregiver would show up and tell him to get on his "hot rod" which was a scooter. The humor made him smile. They would walk beside him to the dining room and then lead him back. He loved the food and the large variety he could choose. We felt very blessed that an opening became available when he became unsafe it his home.

I have picked up a few shifts here the last few weeks, great facility! Cleaner than any facility I've ever worked at and such a beautiful and comforting environment.The residents are extremely well taken care of and the caregivers and med techs are so sweet

As an employee of Orchard Crest, I can personally vouche that the owners are fantastic people. If you are a hard working, loyal employee, they are loyal to you. They care about the residents like they were their own family. No place is perfect, but I've never worked for a place that tries so hard to be better, not just for themselves but for others. I'm proud to work for this company.

We are so grateful for Dome United Staffing since thier services were added at Orchard Crest memory care. Justin and his staff have greatly improved the quality of care. Justin has been mom's caregiver providing consistent timely check ins. and gentle care when moving her and seeing that her every need is met with genuine heartfelt attention. Justin has been so comforting and thorough in making sure Mom has the utmost in comfort and care.

The attention to detail, openness and well acquainted atmosphere makes what is assured to be the most beautiful memory care in Spokane! The only place I would trust to have my mom live whether the retirement community or the assisted living. Their many fun group activities, outings and celebrations promote physical and mental/emotional health for those who wish to participate. You can always hear laughter and see smiles wherever you are. The staff truly cares for their residents and their families and takes pride in making sure all who live at Orchard Crest feel as they are part of a caring neighborly community.

From what I've seen, ,visiting a friend who lives there, and eating there several times, it's clean, staff is friendly/solicitous, and the medical attention, as needed, is just fine. No problems I'm aware of

Beautiful well maintained assisted living center. A variety of activities daily. Hair stylist, a little convenience store, large pool, friendly staff in the dinning room, a woodshed and much more. My grandmother lived here and we felt that she was well looked after while being able to maintain her independence. They ever go aground to the apartments every afternoon to deliver juice and muffins and check in.
