I have been working for this company since September. I absolutely love going to work. Of course you have hard days , but the good days and residents rules out any tough days. I'm so thankful and have a lot of respect for the owners

I love working at this facility. Not only do I see daily examples of the residents being cared for by the staff, but I also see the staff being cared for by the business. Of course, not everyone is always happy, all the time, but I have yet to hear of a facility where that is the case without widespread lobotomization. I fully believe that the staff strives to do their part to care for their residents on and off the clock though which is more than I can say for many of the places I have worked.

Bar far the best the place to work! I've worked there on and off but ill tell you what these guys are the most lovelble people, If your not meant to talk and makes peoples day! And ive worked there in 2018 an again in 2022! Overall great job! Wish staff would work with employees but hey! -Tyrie tinney

Bethany's Place was kept very nice the rooms were cleaned once a week. Common areas, halls, dinning room all were cleaned daily. The staff are wonderful helping residents in any way possible. Very well managed. I was a resident for 5 years and never really had any problems with the residents or the staff. Great place to live...

I’ve not been there, in person, so I can’t give it 100%, but Luke, who is in his forties, loves it. I still need to check on that. He’s been there for 4 years & his seizure’s are under control.

I'm not sure about the place itself but i have seen a caregiver in public taking a client to an appointment and it was very disappointing. She did not look up from her phone once. She was incredibly rude and didn't acknowledge her client/resident at all! She just sat there and ignored him and ran into the door as they were leaving because her head was still stuck in her phone. That is not a very good example of the kind of care they must be giving.

Of the staff; wonderful. The administration work hard and are consistent in their care. With a challenging job and changing client's they are a bright light in our community and deserve recognition for their greatly needed efforts. ~Gina
