Beautiful grounds! I live right beside this beautiful complex and I was shocked to find out it's a retirement complex because it does not give the vibe that it is (which is a good thing) other retirement communities should take notes!

I took my mom here with a somewhat urgent situation. Robert was incredibly attentive and answered all of our questions. His knowledge has brought a tremendous amount of peace to our situation. He met us at the front door, gave us a tour that was above and beyond all expectations. Robert introduced us to many residents and all were so friendly and welcoming. My mom moved in the next day. This place has been a true gift. My mom is so happy and we are so thankful for the care and friends she has made there.

My mother moved to Revel three months ago because she was attracted by the independent ethos of the place, the quality of the facilities, and the overall demeanor of the staff during our initial visits.Amanda was our first point of contact and has been fantastic since day one; she continues to go above and beyond and her personality shines through every time I have interacted with her. All of the staff (led by Sandra) have been extremely welcoming and supportive of my mom while she has recovered from a recent knee surgery. The food options from the kitchen and social club are varied, well-balanced and super tasty. The maintenance staff led by Greg are responsive and keep everything in tip-top shape. Little touches like keeping the immediate area well-salted during bad weather make all the difference.My mom is very independent and still works part-time more than ten years after her official retirement. Revel has been the perfect landing spot for her, providing her that bit of extra support and sense of luxury to maintain her regular activities. I am very happy that she can call Revel home!

My sister and I were looking for a Senior Independent living Community for our Mom and Revel was far above what we were expecting.We were recommended from a friend to check it out and ask for Robert, well that was our first touch point when we arrived and Robert did not disappoint. Very personable, truly caring and looking to find the right fit and friend connections so our mom would feelwelcome and part of the Community.Every resident that we saw (and were introduced to each and everyone) in the community areas were so friendly and truly happy! The one comment in common that they loved was Robert! He knew everyones name and asked about their friends and family. Robert goes over and above to make everyone know this is their community and home. Would highly recommend this Community.

Our experience at Revel has been near perfect. Every step of the way relocating our aunt and uncle from Seattle has been seamless. The staff at Revel did whatever was needed to accommodate them and make the transition comforting. That same effort was given to us , their family , and as a result we know their needs are met and so much more. They have an A plus rating with us.

Everything I had viewed on paper and the internet about Revel was very positive and interested me in the concept of independent living for seniors. I was in the situation where I was recuperating from a total knee replacement and waiting to return to my job. Since I was age 77, my son suggested that I research alternatives to living alone and still maintaining an active lifestyle. We made an appointment at Revel.Amanda made my son and myself feel like we were the most valuable people on this planet. Her attention to detail was amazing and she had enormous patience with my lack of mobility. The building is very impressive and yet easily accessible to all the various common areas and the apartments. I was extremely impressed with the high level of quality in the apartments. I did not expect such a wonderful kitchen and a large bathroom that had easy shower access. All the apartments she showed us were bright and airy. It took me a couple of days to finally pick a one bedroom unit with a balcony. I was extremely excited to move into Revel. I had major difficulties locating a moving company and obtaining a storage unit for an additional car. Amanda resolved both issues for me! Astounding!!!Once I moved into Revel, I started to understand the quality service that residents receive here. Packages would arrive and I was immediately informed. Minor issues occurred with the apartment and were immediately resolved by the maintenance staff. I was surprised at the quality and variety of the food served at Revel. I am still amazed that my food order arrives at my apartment door at the time I requested. I have started to enjoy some of the social and other amenities at Revel such as the groups and the wonderful gym facilities. I no longer own a vacuum sweeper since my apartment is cleaned weekly.The absolute best aspect about Revel is the staff. Every staff member seems dedicated to making my daily life easy, comfortable, and welcoming. They all have a very positive attitude and reflect the intention to help me feel more creative and functional. The fellow tenants seem very happy and enjoy Revel as much as I do. I am hoping that once the COVID restrictions are eliminated, all of us (staff and tenants) can continue with our enjoyable lives and support each other into the future!

First Id like to say what a gift it was to spend time with Robert! He spent several hours with my mom and 4 family members. He asked about our mom, likes, interests and so on. He then took us around your phenomenal facility where we met so many wonderful residents. We were all blown away by every amenity your facility provides. Sandy also played a huge part in our incredibly wonderful experience there. Please know that our mom and all of her children are ecstatic with her choice to be a resident. Thank you doesnt even cover what wed all like to say about our time there. Robert and Sandy are 2 of your greatest treasures!!!!

My sister in law lives here and is very happy with it. Too bad covid hit just as she moved in so she hasnt had a chance to fully test the waters. But the staff is so friendly and helpful and the restaurant style food service is so nice to have available.

My wife and I would like to thank Revel for taking such great care of my sister in law. They have gone far and above to make her feel welcome and comfortable in her new home. Amanda and Anne are truly some of the kindest, compassionate and accommodating people we could ever ask for to take such wonderful care of our loved one. We appreciate all they have done for her and us as well! Revel is clean, upscale, safe and just an all around great environment for her to live. The food and service is outstanding and all of the staff are extremely friendly. Revel Spokane is a top notch facility. Beautiful independent living apartments, with top of the line appliances and accommodations. Revel Spokane has an incredible professional staff that goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents are taken care of and comfortable.We recently moved a member of our family from another independent facility to Revel Spokane. Revel Spokane ensured that the move in went smoothly; accommodating a short turn, professional movers, and assistance in setting up the apartment. Unlike other facilities, Revel Spokane offers a Point System for in house purchases including meals which adds flexibility in your selection of meals. The food is delicious and the outdoor dining facility is extremely comfortable and relaxing.

I recently toured Revel and was very impressed. The tour started with lunch in their restaurant - and this is way beyond dining halls and services at other places for adult living. Residents receive points each month to use toward meal purchases. For those who dont want to cook or cant this is a wonderful food and socialization option. Beyond the food benefits, the facility has a great fitness center, a movie room with comfortable seating, and numerous and ongoing classes that address a range of interests. And, the staff whom I met were friendly and helpful. Perhaps one of the best conveniences is the monthly rental which gives maximum flexibility in the stay. Revel is definitely a place to consider.

If I was to rate this facility it would be superior. The staff are always ready to assist the residents with any and all problems that may surface. The menu is 1st rate and the food is prepared by professionals. There are many events scheduled for the residents to participate in.I would recommend this facility for anyone considering this life style.You wont be disappointed. It is great!!!!

I have been looking at places for my mom to visit because she is planning to move to the Spokane area. I have researched, called and visited several retirement communities. Revel is far and away the most welcoming. The people who work there are knowledgeable about the needs of active, aging adults. Dr. Roger Landry has influenced this communitys approach to retirement living. (Check out his book, Live Long, Die Short)The facilities are beautiful and well planned. Revel is located in Spokane Valley, convenient to the Providence Medical Center, shopping and restaurants. If my husband and I werent already living in our dream home, I would consider it for us.

My husband and I moved here in February from Los Angeles, to be closer to our grandkids, and are glad we did! The staff is amazing at all levels, from the leadership team to the housekeeper to the wait staff and chefs! The people are friendly and engaging, and the activities(on-site and excursions) are varied and fun. So far its fulfilling our needs and more -- and we look forward to meeting more like-minded active seniors as new residents arrive.

Definitely a first class, affordable 55 plus community. During our first informational visit we were warmly welcomed by our hosts Ann and Robert where we were given a very informative (no pressure) tour of the facilities during which we were introduced to the staff and other prospective residents. Prior to our introduction to Revel we had visited numerous Spokane area retirement facilities, all very welcoming, well staffed and affordable, but none that measured up to Revel.
