My husband and I just went to visit my in-laws at Revel and we got to stay in their Staycation apartment for a couple of nights. We did not want to leave!! Revel is amazing! My in-laws are living the life. It is like being on a cruise ship on land. It is abosulutely wonderful. It is a beautiful place with wonderful, attentive people working there, and the food is great. They have an amazing work out room, and great activities throughout the week. I can't wait to retire and be able to join them.

My mom has lived here for 1 1/2 years. The staff is incredible , the food is great, everyone is pretty happy. It’s clean and modern. Her apartment is very nicely appointed. Her cats are happy. It’s like being on a cruise ship!

I have been to Revel several times for events, its such a well taken care of place, clean and full of smiles from staff to the people living there. Revel has been my favorite place to step into and partner with. Fitness With Bennies has been coaching the Senior Fit Club for over 3.5 years now. As a person from the outside, the residents and staff here, along with the entire community, is why I love it here. People make this place so special. Amenities are definitely there too, but honestly, the leadership, staff, and the relationships we have truly built here stand out amongst all the other retirement communities around town. Coming to Revel was the best option we made when stepping into senior fitness. And we met some lifelong friends along the way. Revel is a WONDERFUL place to liveI’ve made several good friends”we have lots of laughs and good conversations. The food is excellent and has improved in the last year. We have two new chefs who have brought new menus and a good variety. We recently had the best BBQ during the Memorial Day weekend and a terrific Taco Tuesday buffet. Mike at the front desk was VERY disrespectful. He said my sister and I were a scam because we came to pick up our uncles dinner since he’s in the hospital. I don’t know what warranted him to speak to us this way but we were very taken aback and now my uncle has to eat hospital food since we don’t have the money for anything else and he had credit in the restaurant.

I recently took a tour of Revel Spokane and what excited me was that this independent living community promotes vitality - the power to live or go on living. Revel provides opportunities for its residents to engage in various social and physical activities - which we know is the foundation for overall senior wellness. It was plain to see that their goal is to create an environment where residents can maintain their independence longer. Lisa Hagel and Holly Tesdal were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their enthusiasm for their residents and commitment for their community was evident. I am very happy to give Revel 5 stars. I’d give 10 stars if I could! We found Revel through the online referral, Caring.com. We were viewing four other independent living communities in the Spokane Valley/Coeur d’Alene areas, however, when we arrived at Revel it was a done deal. One of the main requirements was to find a very active independent community and Revel is just that. People are out and about, engaged in all kinds of activities and socializing and the staff highly encourages that. A very important aspect is that everyone is extremely friendly. No one seems to be a stranger here. Another very important aspect of Revel, the food! It’s honestly really delicious! And they have a very wide selection every day, and they will cater to specific dietary needs. Everything is fresh and made from scratch and you can tell the difference. As for the staff, you can’t find any more friendly and helpful people. Outgoing and fun loving, their personalities just brighten the whole community. From the management staff, to the financial staff through the front desk concierge and beyond, they can’t do enough for us. Just imagine being on a cruise, everything is done for you, everything is included! All you have to do is show up, enjoy and have as much fun as you can handle! Special thanks to Robert, Craig and Sandy. They are incredibly nice, so helpful and made our move so easy and stress free!

My mother went on line and found Revel retirement community all on her own which was a prayer answered. Our family had been trying to get her to move out of her home that she has been in almost 40 years and move to a place that she would be safe, not burdened with all the care of a large home , and in a warm welcoming happy atmosphere. I feel she has found that place at Revel. Robert Paulson and all the staff have been amazing in welcoming us and entroducing us to other people at Revel. The residents we have talked to all say they are very happy their and should have made the move to Revel sooner. I think my mother will really enjoy all the activities like the art room, theater, exersize room and the people she will meet and become friends with. She is looking forward to the trip to Leavenworth this month that Revel is taking them on. Thank you Robert for all you do for the Revel family. I took my mom here with a somewhat urgent situation. Robert was incredibly attentive and answered all of our questions. His knowledge has brought a tremendous amount of peace to our situation. He met us at the front door, gave us a tour that was above and beyond all expectations. Robert introduced us to many residents and all were so friendly and welcoming. My mom moved in the next day. This place has been a true gift. My mom is so happy and we are so thankful for the care and friends she has made there.

Our experience at Revel has been near perfect. Every step of the way relocating our aunt and uncle from Seattle has been seamless. The staff at Revel did whatever was needed to accommodate them and make the transition comforting. My sister and I were looking for a Senior Independent living Community for our Mom and Revel was far above what we were expecting. We were recommended from a friend to check it out and ask for Robert, well that was our first touch point when we arrived and Robert did not disappoint. Very personable, truly caring and looking to find the right fit and friend connections so our mom would feel welcome and part of the Community. Every resident that we saw (and were introduced to each and everyone) in the community areas were so friendly and truly happy! The one comment in common that they loved was Robert! He knew everyone’s name and asked about their friends and family. Robert goes over and above to make everyone know this is their community and home. Would highly recommend this Community.

Everything I had viewed on paper and the internet about Revel was very positive and interested me in the concept of independent living for seniors. I was in the situation where I was recuperating from a total knee replacement and waiting to return to my job. Since I was age 77, my son suggested that I research alternatives to living alone and still maintaining an active lifestyle. We made an appointment at Revel. Amanda made my son & myself feel like we were the most valuable people on this planet. Her attention to detail was amazing and she had enormous patience with my lack of mobility. The building is very impressive and yet easily accessible to all the various common areas and the apartments. I was extremely impressed with the high level of quality in the apartments. I did not expect such a wonderful kitchen and a large bathroom that had easy shower access. All the apartments she showed us were bright and airy. It took me a couple of days to finally pick a one bedroom unit with a balcony. I was extremely excited to move into Revel. I had major difficulties locating a moving company and obtaining a storage unit for an additional car. Amanda resolved both issues for me! Astounding!!! Once I moved into Revel, I started to understand the quality service that residents receive here. Packages would arrive & I was immediately informed. Minor issues occurred with the apartment and were immediately resolved by the maintenance staff. I was surprised at the quality and variety of the food served at Revel. I am still amazed that my food order arrives at my apartment door at the time I requested. I have started to enjoy some of the social and other amenities at Revel such as the groups and the wonderful gym facilities. I no longer own a vacuum sweeper since my apartment is cleaned weekly. The absolute best aspect about Revel is the staff. Every staff member seems dedicated to making my daily life easy, comfortable, and welcoming. They all have a very positive attitude and reflect the intention to help me feel more creative and functional. The fellow tenants seem very happy and enjoy Revel as much as I do. I am hoping that once the COVID restrictions are eliminated, all of us (staff and tenants) can continue with our enjoyable lives and support each other into the future!

First I’d like to say what a gift it was to spend time with Robert! He spent several hours with my mom & 4 family members. He asked about our mom, likes, interests & so on. He then took us around your phenomenal facility where we met so many wonderful residents. We were all blown away by every amenity your facility provides. Sandy also played a huge part in our incredibly wonderful experience there. Please know that our mom & all of her children are ecstatic with her choice to be a resident. Revel Spokane is a top notch facility. Beautiful independent living apartments, with top of the line appliances and accommodations. Revel Spokane has an incredible professional staff that goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents are taken care of and comfortable. We recently moved a member of our family from another independent facility to Revel Spokane. Revel Spokane ensured that the move in went smoothly; accommodating a short turn, professional movers, and assistance in setting up the apartment. Unlike other facilities, Revel Spokane offers a Point System for in house purchases including meals which adds flexibility in your selection of meals. The food is delicious and the outdoor dining facility is extremely comfortable and relaxing.

If I was to rate this facility it would be superior. The staff are always ready to assist the residents with any and all problems that may surface. The menu is 1st rate and the food is prepared by professionals. There are many events scheduled for the residents to participate in. I went to Revel due to curiousity. I'm not quite at the age yet but wanted to check it out. What I found was beautiful surroundings, and alot of great ammenities...but the best was meeting Amanda, she is a great front person for the facility. I have been looking at places for my mom to visit because she is planning to move to the Spokane area. I have researched, called and visited several retirement communities. Revel is far and away the most welcoming. The people who work there are knowledgeable about the needs of active, aging adults. Dr. Roger Landry has influenced this community's approach to retirement living. (Check out his book, Live Long, Die Short) The facilities are beautiful and well planned. Revel is located in Spokane Valley, convenient to the Providence Medical Center, shopping and restaurants. If my husband and I weren't already living in our dream home, I would consider it for us.
