Queen Anne Manor has exceeded our family's expectations for assisted living. The facility is beautiful, the programs for seniors are enriching and meaningful and the care is second to none! Queen Anne Manor is an extended family. Everyone working there is amazing – a truly dedicated support staff. Our family couldn't be happier to have a loved one cared for at Queen Anne Manor.

Since working here at Queen Anne Manor I have absolutely loved it. The management and staff have been so welcoming and kind when introducing me to my new work place. Everyone is genuinely happy to be here, to serve, connect and spend time. This is the place to be or work. It’s amazing here!

Things have greatly improved, we are now eating in the dining room again, and the food is okay! So glad the lockdown is over!

Henry and I have toured the property and came by on Thursday (5/26/2022) to have lunch. I wanted to let you know how much we love working with Marlene. She is always able to answer our questions and has a friendly+confident attitude that continues to put my uncle at ease. At our lunch, Mamadu took such great care of us. He is truly an excellent representative of Queen Anne Manor. He was knowledgeable about the menu, and was attentive but not "hovering". He made our experience enjoyable and, again, put my uncle at ease in regards to how life at Queen Anne Manor might be. You have a spectacular team!! Thank you, thank YOU!

Staff are great, but since the lockdown because of coronavirus, the food has not been as great. We have to eat out of paper boxes in our rooms, it arives most often cold. Tonight's meal is terribly acid but there's noone available to complain to about it.

Placing mom in memory care was hard. Katelyn, the marketing director, is so organized and helped us with every step. All of our questions were patiently answered. The care team has helped mom adjust and has made valuable suggestions. We are very happy with the care mom is receiving. Kristine, the executive director, has taken great care to help us understand options and made valuable suggestions.

I was able to move my young developmentally disabled sister into Queen Anne Manor in March, moments before the shelter in place was ordered. I feel extremely fortunate and thankful that she is there. There have been NO cases of the virus at this facility. My sister is very social and independent . The amazing staff have helped her adjust to being quarantined. She is being well cared for and kept safe. I am grateful for the kind staff and their patience. I look forward to being able to visit Queen Anne Manor again and to have the virus behind us.

We were able to host our nonprofits Board meeting here and thought the space and customer service were excellent. Thank you!

As a home care provider and having partnered with a lot of Assisted Living facilities in the Puget Sound area, I have to say Carissa is a very hands-on management executive. She definitely has her finger on the pulse and expects her residents to be taken care of. Im really impressed by the fact that she is willing to roll up her sleeves and wear many hats to get things done. Managing an Assisted Living facility is a tough job since its a 24-hour role but the positive attitude that Carissa carries herself every day and the fact that she is very accessible if you have any questions, concerns is truly commendable. If I were a residents family evaluating which facility to move my loved ones to, I definitely would like to know how the facility is being run. Having worked with Carissa, I do know that she expects her staff to perform their job well because she cares about the well-being of her residents. As a home care partner, we are honored to work with Carissa and her team at Queen Anne Manor.

Beautiful place to live, and a passionate staff. Conveniently close to Seattles famous landmarks.
December 2015
My Mom and Dad lived at Queen Anne Manor in their memory care community Annas Garden. The community is very nice but has a comfortable homey feel to it that fit my parents. The nursing staff was very caring to both my parents and to my husband and I. The management there was always responsive to us and they took the time to pay attention to our requests when we had concerns. I would recommend QAM to other people considering an assisted living community as we had a great experience there.

If you want peace of mind that your loved will be well cared for in a retirement community Queen Anne Manor is a great option. We moved our Dad to the Manor after having a negative experience at another local facility. Their caring staff became like family to us and we could trust them to treat Dad with dignity and respect.

My Mother lived at Queen Anne Manor for 3 years, first in an assisted living apartment and in their dementia care wing Annas Garden. The management was personable, stable, and responsive to us during the years Mom was a resident. Its a great community and we were very happy our family chose Queen Anne Manor.
