Reviews Murano Senior Living
October 2024
Everything about Murano Senior Living deserves five stars. The front desk staff, the business office, the kitchen chefs and staff, valet and town car service, housekeeping, bright and spacious rooms, , exercise instructors, and, most notably, the residents made my 6-weak stay at the Murano the refuge I needed following the death of my husband. I wish I could name each person individually as they have my heartfelt thanks for offering me the opportunity to stay in this wonderful facility. I will return in the near future to make Murano my permanent residence.

After residing in the same house for numerous years, I was a bit nervous about transitioning to Murano Senior Living. All my trepidation was completely unfounded. Murano is "just like home" with so many additional amenities: Wonderful, caring, friendly residents and staff; numerous activities to encourage health, general well being, and positive social interactions; and many services which make life so much easier. I highly recommend Murano! Moving here was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Amazing space with a beautiful city view and truly amazing staff!
July 2024
Our family is actively searching for a Seattle area senior residential community where Mom can move into an Independent Living arrangement, but where Assistance with Daily Living services are available if needed in the future. Everything about Murano Senior Living is gorgeous -- the soaring lobby, the 'penthouse living room' that's available to all, the dining venues, and light-filled apartments with big views. There is a rich program of activities and facilities are top notch. More importantly, the community and staff are lovely and welcoming. Most residents that we encountered during our several visits were quick to tell us "This is a nice place to live!". The several meals we enjoyed in the dining room were good. Murano Community Relations Director Natassja Haynes was especially kind and helpful. A good experience at a very nice place.

This is an excellent senior living facility! The people that work here are really nice and upbeat. They have lots of fun activities. The views are spectacular! Since it is a newer place, the units are very chic and clean. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I think it's worth it.
December 2023
I recently took a tour of the Murano with Community Relations Director Natassja Haynes and was favorably impressed. The tour included a visit to three different rooms with different city views, floor plans, and price points. We stopped in at various activity centers within the building, (movie theater, gym, game room, event rooms, etc.) and finished up with a delicious lunch at one of the two restaurants inside the building. Although I'm not ready to move from my home yet, the Murano will be my first choice when I am. The Murano has so many amenities, and the rooms are so nice, you could call it a Retirement Palace. If you're ready to make the move, I strongly recommend that you contact the Murano and ask for a tour with Natassja.

Murano is a senior living community like no other! Notice the final word is 'living '. That is the principle that drives life at Murano. Vibrant independent living and compassionate, supportive assisted living anchor services at Murano, but life here offers so much more. There are programs aplenty every day, including at least two physical fitness classes tailored for seniors and readily modified for individual needs. The well-equipped gym is available 24/7, and there is a personal trainer on staff. Activities include pickleball and bean bag baseball, karaoke, and nightly movies. There are plenty of informal gatherings to meet and socialize with your neighbors and affinity groups to appeal to a wide variety of interests. And if there's an activity not on offer, there just might be enough other residents who share your interest to start your own group. Cultural and educational opportunities abound. Life at Murano is never dull! The food and beverage service is excellent. There are specials offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in addition to the recurring menu items. And if nothing appeals, the kitchen can usually put together a meal you will enjoy. Dietary restrictions are always taken into account. The apartments are available as studios, one bedroom/one bath, and two bedroom/two bath units. They all have 12-foot ceilings and at least one wall with floor to ceilingwindows. . Even on the gloomiest day, your apartment is bathed in light, and you never feel closed in. Saving the best for last, the staff is friendly, cheerful, quick to offer assistance, and knows us all by name. As for your fellow residents, they are open, welcoming, and interested in getting to know you. And everyone here has a story to rell. A brief hello in the elevator or hall may lead to a chat that adds another friend to your life. Murano was our first (and only) choice of communities, and after a couple of months, we're only just beginning to scratch the surface of what senior LIVING is all about at Murano! Come join us. The living is great!

I appreciate the open, friendly and welcoming community here, among management, staff and residents. Everyone works hard to create quality living here for all residents. There are many options for exercise, social, educational, cultural (eg.art, music, dance, film...) activities to fit a wide variety of tastes and interests. The Murano is a good community to grow older in a healthy, stimulating and enjoyable environment.
