The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our SeaTac staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Heights by Vintage meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY LEASING STAFF, Especially Jayden, she was really thorough and we were not rushed or pressured when touring the property, AND there are sooo many amazing amenities that come with living there like a craft room, a community room, A THEATER!! a gardening area, trash shoots on every floor, new appliances and w/d in every unit, it's a brand new property no more than 3 years old, very quiet and it's a 55+ community!!! I definitely give the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star review and two thumbs up

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Heights by Vintage, especially in regards to the staff! The staff made me feel me at home and were extremely helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

I would like to just start by saying Heather and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic.when i first applied i got denied because my former apartments said i owed money but Heather helped me straighten that out and so i reapplied again and got apporoved. But this time i didnt think i would be able to move in due to some financial reasons but Heather and Rosaelisabeth came through and got me in. I signed the lease today the 19th of februrary and got the keys. I am truly appreciatetive to Heather and the staff at Heights by Vintage. It is a beautiful community and everyone is so friendly. I will be moving in this coming thursday and im so excited cant wait. I would definitely recomend Heights by Vintage to firends and or family members and co workers. Thanks again Heights By Vintage 🙂
