Heights by Vintage Seatac uses BAIT & SWITCH PRICING. Do NOT waste your time. The place is filthy inside, looks fine from the outside but it is TRASHED inside, literally trash everywhere and the property manager walks past it with a smile like it doesn't exist. The "Controlled Access Parking" is a LIE, it has been broken for a year or more now and there is no other parking for the property. So you MUST pay an extra $100 per month for unsecured parking and there are homeless and drug users all around the area. But it is the BAIT & SWITCH PRICING that pissed me off and they continue to do it even after I called them out on it. HORRIBLE PLACE, DON'T WASTER YOUR TIME

This place could be great. But it has a lot of underline problems, the Garage doors a broken and Unsecure. The security cameras are fixed in one position… The elevators are filthy .People leave trash everywhere People like that dog Defecate on the back staircases, there are a lot of Middle age and young people living here, like I said this could be a very nice place, for the most part it's very quiet there are Occasionally Fights and arguments with the young tenants. And I love the way they went up on the rent and I haven't been there a year yet

My husband was last seen here at his mom's house. If you recognize him, pls call the police dept. Beautiful units! My mother in law lives here and has an amazing view of the airport and the planes coming/going on the runway and the incoming flights. Her unit is a 1 bedroom one bathroom. Seem to be a bit on the small side. The building has the security box so u have to be buzzed in unless your on some strangers coat tail to get in. Parking underneath the building to avoid breakins. Only down side is NO VISITORS PARKING AT ALL SO WE SOMETIMES PARK AT THE BUSINESS JUST OUT FRONT.

The staff are very professional and accommodating, especially Jay, who never got tired of answering all my questions, so patient and understanding, very polite and detail oriented. . The unit is very nice. Huge bathroom, and everything is just perfect. I am so happy and thankful to live in this beautiful community.

Sydni and Mariah were awesome with my move in I've had a bunch of questions after moving in and they always gave me an answer with a smile and they take questions all day and do it very professional, also tennets here are very polite, moving to a new place is always very stressful and I'm already at ease with my new proud home .

It's a nice quiet place to live. Close to Safeway and A line buses and light rail and airport access. The view from my apartment windows has Puget Sound visible along with snow capped mountains and brilliant skyscapes and sunsets. High enough to view the birds in flight. Very convenient access to downtown Des Moines. Balcony's to catch the breeze or sunshine.

I love living at Heights by Vintage! The apartment is very stylish and elegant. The location is great. The apartments are set off if the Main Street and you don't hear the noise. Enough space to have what you need. The staff is friendly and very nice! All of the staff including the maintenance folks are pleasant and easy to work with. I truly love living at Heights by Vintage!

I'm moving this summer. I am tired of complaining to management that treat you like your the problem. I been here 6 months. Main issue is the drug use, trash, and dirty stairs ways, parking garage and dog area feces. Dumping on the property outside my window, fighting, drinking and smoking outside my window. Management refuse to move me to other unit. So I'm moving done, done, done with indifferent management. Had roaches when I moved in implied I bought them. No process for moving in or out for elevators and trucks to park. Moving in was a nightmare. Glad the assistant manager Syndi is gone. But can't keep any staff.

I am so happy to live in this place, Height By Vintage , so I want to thanks to all the stuff for being so good and friendly. Yesterday afternoon I went in to the Director office and complained about my living room heater ,not working… early this morning the maintenance technician knocked on my door and fixed it …thank you guys and keep up the good work…

Despite my handicap yo uh all were wonderful. The only thing I did not like is that I have to carry my recycle trash down to the garage. I am a true recycle person and it will be difficult to do with a wheelchair. Also we should be allowed 2 fobs incase we fall or have an accident someone can come in to assist us. But other than this I plan to enjoy my life here surrounded with your very professional employees. Thank you so ever much.

Leasing my home here has been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I'm more than satisfied with Heights by Vintage, it was practically the home of my dreams. A unit with a gorgeous view of the city, excellent leasing staff, and a state of the art facility equipped with luxurious amenities- such as a community billiards table, computer room, and free WiFi/TV in my unit. Finally,living in a home w/ a elevator. I send my thanks to my leasing consultant, Ruby, for helping make my experience here a positive one. She is kind, charismatic and always handled any request of mine in a punctual & timely manner. A few things that could have made my experience here better include improving response time regarding maintenance requests & increased staffing (the office has been almost always empty this past month, and calls to the front desk normally go straight to voicemail unfortunately). This facility is apparently transitioning into a senior-citizen focused apartment home soon. As I prepare to relocate, I reflect back on all the happy memories and friendships made while staying here at the Heights by Vintage & I'm glad my time here has been fun and well. I recommend this apartment home for anybody looking to live in SeaTac Thank you Vintage & thank you SeaTac!!! I love this community.

Living here at Heights by Vintage since May 2023 has been really great and comfortable for my wife and I. The office staff and maintenance crew take pride to make sure the residence is well cared for. That's a big plus and we feel at home. This is our safe haven and I feel good. It took awhile to get adjusted living here, especially now. The response is great when in need of something. Lastly great parking!!! EXTREMELY FRIENDLY LEASING STAFF, Especially Jayden, she was really thorough and we were not rushed or pressured when touring the property, AND there are sooo many amazing amenities that come with living there like a craft room, a community room, A THEATER!! a gardening area, trash shoots on every floor, new appliances and w/d in every unit, it's a brand new property no more than 3 years old, very quiet and it's a 55+ community!!! I definitely give the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star review and two thumbs up

I would like to just start by saying Heather and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic.when i first applied i got denied because my former apartments said i owed money but Heather helped me straighten that out and so i reapplied again and got apporoved. But this time i didnt think i would be able to move in due to some financial reasons but Heather and Rosaelisabeth came through and got me in. I signed the lease today the 19th of februrary and got the keys. I am truly appreciatetive to Heather and the staff at Heights by Vintage. It is a beautiful community and everyone is so friendly. I will be moving in this coming thursday and im so excited cant wait. I would definitely recomend Heights by Vintage to firends and or family members and co workers. Thanks again Heights By Vintage 🙂

I love these apartments I moved in like 10 days ago and its nice living here. Both the managers Gloria & Rosa is very nice and they helped me to get in here asap. They are always there to answer any questions you may have. My 2 bedroom is spacious and I love my master bedroom. Only thing is there is no visitor parking.
