My father seems to like it here. The apartments are really nice and the staff seems nice. The most important thing is my father likes the staff and has met some friends and he says the food is great.

Great independent living center in Renton. I got a tour with the new resident concierge, Debbie. Nice units with flat fee plans and lots of activities, food options, etc. Near other shopping and in area that is redeveloping into a really nice part of town just up from the Landing.

So happy my mom lives there!! They have a very friendly staff in a beautiful senior community. Lots of fun activities and the food is fantastic. The prices are the lowest for Senior living in the area, as we have checked many! For what you get, this is the best value and nicest establishment around! Thank you!
